Everything! The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for you. Very good location, excellent food & very clean.

Pool was nice but warm water plus it was hot in Phuket. Nice rooms and breakfast were great. The weather but it is what it is .

The resort is well located within Kata, once inside it feels like a great escape - the pool is huge and very kid-friendly, the hotel itself is clean, and all the staff are friendly. N/A

The staff is friendly. Breakfast is of wide selection, the location was also convenient with restaraunts and 2 beaches nearby. (Karon and Kata). The pool area is huge and perfect.

I loved the pool the more beautiful design , I ever visited!! The maids excellent. But the service outside and at pool bar needs work

Everything was great, attention to details, room with pool access was perfect! It feels very luxurious, clean, big comfortable bed, nice bath. Walkable to both kata and Karon beaches. Everything was great

Amazing hotel and amazing staff We really loved everything, a small thing to mention would be that the clean towels did not always have a pleasant smell, but they were replaced everyday, so we cannot complain too much about them.

Clean, comfortable hotel, rooms are tidy and well-renovated, big pool area and very tasty breakfast The location is not so perfect if you want to have a quiet stay because next door there is a market with live music and it’s on until 11 pm so not a very good option with kids

Great location, less than 10 minute walk from the beach. Grounds and rooms were absolutely stunning and very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful Food was great Nothing!

Mr Tom at the pool bar- exceptionally friendly great service, honestly the made the place so welcoming!!! Nothing bad to say about any of the facilitys, food, price or service all worthy of 5 star we think! Traffic on the roads- welcome to Phuket!

Mosquitos

Hotel is to old, totally not matching the pictures. Room was smell wet and bugs. I guess is termites, but not sure, after I request Deap cleaning was better for a few days, but after again. Totally disappointed ? pool fountain non functioning as well...

You can’t smoke in your own balcony apart from that eveything was amazing

Pool access room, close to restaurants and shops

- The hotel generally presents its self well. Its a nice structure with nice decor. - The rooms are spacious and have a large balcony. - The hotel is not located on the beach, its about a 10min walk however the street is cute with some nice SPAs, restaurants and shops. - Staff are not rude but it does feel like they are making an effort in being nice. - I think the hotel generally focuses on tour operators and large groups. It does not feel very cosy. - Room bathrooms have almost no amenities. I struggled to find soap. - The hotel staff are obssessed with the beach towels. They will check where they are every day. The towels are even in not great condition. - Breakfast is very poor. Food quality tastes cheap. Thailand is a paradise of fruit and they serve basically only bananas and sliced watermelon. - First time I've been to a hotel where they ask for a deposit for the 2nd room key.

Great location in Kata, about 20mins walk to Kata beach and under 10 mins from Kata night market. About 30 min car ride to other areas such as Chalong or Old Phuket Town, depending on traffic. It's an easy walk to Karon and there's plenty of opportunities to stop for drinks along the way. The resort was very nice in general. The pool access room was fantastic, we were in a quieter part of the hotel and never heard other patrons who were using the pool closer to the bar area. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping and reception staff were quick to action requests. Beach towels were available and we could take them on day trips or request replacements when needed. The restaurant is very spacious and well staffed. Happy hour at the beach bar was a nice touch, the beach bar area was well maintained and relaxing. Though the hotel appeared to be full, if you were in the main pool area it never felt overcrowded as there was plenty of space for everyone. Internet connection was very good. We would stay again due to location, the quality of the room and great service. The gym - Small with too much equipment and poor ventilation. Not enough room to work out comfortably if more than 2 people are in there. Breakfast options can be improved, it was ok but for a 4 star hotel not up to expectations. Coffee wasn't the best. There was no milk option for those who are lactose intolerant. Would be great to see more local food options. The beach towels looked old and a bit tattered. I think the hotel should replace old beach towels as it cheapens their brand. The shower could do with deep clean, specifically the bathroom floor.
