-The good view -have a lot pf amenity in room especially bowl, plates, spoon, fork also dishwasher liquid - staff are nice, good support - good location to beach and 7-11 The price you pay for a great view is climbing three or four flights of stair

The view was spectacular. Huge room, with sofa. Comfortable. Love being in the quiet part of kata beach, but 5 min. Walk to the main drag. Right next to the coolest bar to drink a beer on the beach at sunset. Farthest south point. Big climb up to the room , many steps. We were both sick with stomach so this was a consideration when leaving the room. Although the view made up for it. During the rain the veranda was too narrow, so you get wet. Make sure to get a room with large veranda so you can enjoy sitting outside watching the bay while still dry.

Great spot with a great view and awesome staff!
-
fun, clean, quiet, good location all good
-
It's a little noisy where our room was located, but if you have the door closed (air conditioning) then it shouldn't bother you. Good soundproofing on the sliding glass doors.

-
What a great location. It was up a hill from Kata beach near the end that has some good snorkeling. Room was clean and comfortable

Dated facilities in comparison but price warrants

Wonderful views of the bay and Kata Beach. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Helpful staff.

This small hotel is perfectly situated near the beach, but in a quieter area. It’s a great value in a land of overpriced resorts. We enjoyed the restaurant, and we also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. We had a nice view of the sea. There were many stairs going up to the room. It could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Would have expected more for a 3 star. More like a 2 or 2.5 star. Had some ants in the bathroom.
-
it's an an incline and if you have mobility issues could be difficult to access hotel
-
Beach is too crowded for me
-
The stairs are challenging. . But we knew that ahead of time it was expected. And the view at the end is the reward.
-
It was close to the restaurants and shops. They also offer laundromat services. No elevator

It's super close to the beach, just a few steps away. You get a great sea view and a big balcony. They cleaned the room every day. And changed the towels daily too. The staff was really helpful. Nothing much.

The room and the view exceeded our expectations. The room was really spacious, clean and felt luxurious. The beds were comfortable. Daily room service was also there. The staff were really nice and kind. Their restaurant downstairs offer really good local food. Totally recommend having a meal there. Also, we reached Kata beach when it was raining heavily. The bus dropped us nearby. But the rain was so heavy that we couldn't reach the hotel with our luggage. Cabs were asking for 300-400 baht for 650 m and we were ready to pay also but all of them cancelled our ride finally. Feeling helpless, we contacted the hotel for help and to our surprise, the owner came with his own car. We will forever remember this help. Everything was good. But a word of caution for families/groups travelling with elderly people - It might be a bit tough for elderly people to climb the steep slope from the main road to the hotel. After that you can take the stairs or another steep slope. There are no other options to reach your room.
