1st time to Phuket (you know what this means if you have been to Phuket) Was checking in and asked the person (who came from the restaurant next door after waiting for 5 min) where we could park our car. She said around, you will find parking. There is no parking to unload luggage based on the location. Traffic was heavy and we drove around finding no parking. We gave up exhausted and booked another hotel with parking and called to let them know we were not staying so they could potentially book another person. They then offered a space to unload our luggage. They were very rude and she didn’t care if we stayed or not because they had our money. Unlike anything we experienced in the whole area from this industry. No thank you . Tried getting a partial refund and they said it was our choice not to stay there.

I loved that we were received everyday bottles of water, also that we had the air mosturaizer (game changer!)

Literally everything. Quiet. comfortable, dead in the middle of everything akata has to offer. Unless you want to pay for a view from your room, while you're asleep, this is the best place you can hope for in town. That I didn't plan to stay longer.

Weird to find the location of the hotel (you don't know where is the reception/restaurant/room at first sight). The room is comfortable but the bathroom is weird, with no separation from shower to toilet! The room has a back door that I don't know who has access to, and it felt a bit weird traveling alone as a women!

Great family hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy. .The Kata Leaf restaurant/bar is handy for food. Club Sandwiches are awesome along with traditionalThai dishes. Food in general was very good . Location was perfect. 5 min walk to the beach. Big choice of restaurants/bars/shops/street food. Defo the place to go if u want busy but not too busy! Scooter hire was available from hotel but didn't use . Stocked fridge with loads of goodies and well priced. All in all.a great experience.

Everything was great. Room (11) has 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and place like a balcony. Facilities were in good condition. Fan and conditioner in each bedroom. Right on the main street, 2 minutes to the Kata beach. 10 minutes to the Kata Noi beach. Cleaning every day. Staff is kindly enough. We were satisfied with our stay here

Location is good. 3 min walk to kata beach Infrastructure could be improved. The rooms and bathroom looked like it were constructed years ago and never renovated

Staff were amazing nice friendly and clean. Bathroom was very old, looked bad at first but got used to it and it was nice and clean.

It was averege. That it had mold in the bathroom that smelled bad in the whole place and it was potentially a health hazzard.

Great location - cute bar/restaurant attached to it. Cleaned our room every day, let us check in early. They have a minibar in the room with snacks and drinks available. My friend hurt her hand and they gave us cream for it. Good for a local hotel!
