Friendly staff, good breakfast

The room I had originally booked was not just worn out and dirty but also had a massive water leak. The new room I got at the partner hotel next door, Peach Hill, was nicely renovated. The hill the hotel sits on is absolutely brutal. They offer a shuttle, but that is rarely practical. The room I had was also crazy noisy, with a Greek restaurant playing live cover band music outside. Some parts of the hotel are in a pretty worn out condition.

Awesome pool and great breakfast. Delux room was also great. Lost WiFi for a day.

The property is at an excellent location which is a suoer walkable distance both to kata and karon beach. The king suite room was extraordinary with the best view I could ever ask for. Room service, cleaning, and Reception staff was excellent. Really loved it. The climb to the resort is a bit tiring. U have to wait for the shuttle service to take u up the hill. Also the shuttle service starts at 10am to 11pm. Battery car shuttle service should be more readily available.

but the room was quite smelly and the bed was old, not comfortable and made by back hurt. Elevator out of operation and the hotel did not offer me anything in return for that, especially when my group had an elder who cannot walk up and down stairs.

We had a villa with a pool and it was perfect after walking around all day in the heat. Only minor complaints. Ordering room service was hard due to language barrier over the phone. There was no available ice and no ice trays in the freezer. But over all we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff

It was very nice and relaxing. Right between Kata Beach and Karon. With the night markets nearby. Add the breakfast to your stay, it is worth it. The employees are very helpful and nice.

This is already my third time staying at this hotel, and after comparing with other options, I keep coming back here. The location is excellent, everything you need is close by. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, which always makes the stay pleasant. There are several swimming pools on the property, including one that belongs to peach hill hotel, which is part of the same group of hotels. As always, everything was at a very high level. Although the interior feels a little bit “tired”, the hotel still provides very comfortable accommodation.

Big room, big bathroom, very quiet, friendly staff. We could add another friend without issue Area is full of tourists, the place I liked the least from my trip to Thailand

The hotel has nice exterior, big and beautiful outdoor area - pools, greenery, bar in the pool. The breakfast was not bad, with couple of different choices of mains that changed daily, but the quality of the food was a bit poor. The interior is old. The toilet was with wooden swinging doors, so one have almost no privacy. We were given dirty sheets and towels more than 4 times, we ask for them to be changed and we ended up with new dirty towels, we also had ants in the room but that seem to bother no-one for the staff. And giving the fact that this should be a 4 stars hotel we expected better quality and cleanness. After our 3th time complaining about the sheets and the towels on the reception we requested to talk to the manager, and although the lady was very nice and sweet she offer us a free drink from the bar as an excuse, but I don't think that covered the feeling of filth in the room we have for more than half of our stay.

The staff was just amazing and so helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay as smooth as possible. We were upgraded to pool villa instead of the room. I have nothing but the praise for Peach Blossom. Nothing. Everything was great

Cleaning service

Very friendly attentive staff. Very nice facilities. Public area WiFi very good. Private 5G WiFi in the villa was lightning fast. If mobility is an issue the hill to climb up to the hotel is quite steep (built on a hill). However they run a shuttle up and down the hill to the street all day and late into the night. Usually no more than a few minutes wait.

Superb

The staff were very helpful and polite. The swimming pool was beautiful. Breakfast had a big variety and everything was delicious. Everything we got from the restaurant was great. Great view from the room. Despite the fact that checkin was supposed to be at 14.00, when we arrived, they told to wait because the room wasn’t ready! Once we entered the room, we noticed that the bedsheets and towels had stains and didn’t smell well. However, the manager approached us and asked if we had any issues and when we told him our complaints, he addressed everything accordingly and promptly.
