The location indeed is very convenient, 10 min away from the beach, and right in front of the Night Market, close to everything you might need. When navigating, it always shows restaurant as location, so not many drivers aware of the Inn hotel above (just a small remark); rooms are on the second and third floors, each floor has four rooms. Room was big, with a small balcony facing the main road, where can dry clothes, shower and bathroom were clean. Had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner with nice smell. Every day they provide four bottles of water in the fridge. Tea, coffee. There is electric kettle, cups and tea spoons. Hairdryer was not in a room, but on request they brought it immediately. It was lovely to have a beach mat in a cotton bag to take to the beach, beach towels. Sleepers. The bed was big and comfy. Can't say in the night it was too noisy, it was okay, sounds of passing tuk tuks were not disturbing. AC worked properly. Good value for the price. There was only one key from the room, so if you travel with someone, to share the key - had to leave it on the reception. Other than that, everything was good.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The cleaning lady visits everyday and brings drinking water, tea, coffee. Guests are provided with much stuff (for instance, we were delighted to see a special big bag with towels and other beach stuff already packed). There is a nice restaraunt on the ground floor. Rooms have may tables for laptop work, great for digital nomads. Wi-fi had no interruptions and good speed. Guests come from all over the world, which is contrasting to that russian-dominated Phuket part. For some people, this location may be a little nosiy as it is beside the beach road (cars pass with loud music sometimes). But it is not critical and we slept well. The construction on the other side is ratrher quiet and that door is good noise-proof.

Location is fabulous,bed is comfy .Clean room got every thing i needed worth every penny .House keeping ladys & staff just fantastic .Only downside is front door (sliding glass ) and balcony door .Entrance door need to be fixed ,when strong wind door rattles alot .Balcony door is wood and has cracks every where and not closing properly. Delicious food downstairs. Thank you !

Excellen location. in front of the market, 10 min walk to the beach. Lovely staff. An amazing restaurant. The staff in the restaurant manage the rooms so we felt very comfortable going downstairs to eat at any time. The staff knew what we liked and treated our family with care and kindness. Toilets should be cleaned every day.

I stayed a month in Sugar and spice inn. It was all I hoped for when booking. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms. Situated close to all conveniences, the restaurant below is always busy, the food good and the staff friendly. 8 min walk to beach

The staff was great!! They provided beach towels, a beach mat, slippers, and robes. Very nice room.

It was very clean and comfortable. The cleaner was lovely and very helpful when we were not feeling our best. The other staff were also very helpful when we lost a valuable item.

Great food at the restaurant, very nice staff

I liked here everything! Though firtst night they mistakenly gave us the room with master bed while i booked 2 separate beds for me and my sibling, next day they changed to what we ordered. Description and pictures are fully appropriate to reality. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Cleaning lady cleaned everyday, gave water and added tea bags and coffee. They also thought about small details like bath robe and diffrent kind of sleepers for shower and room. Also provided towels and mat for beach. I found it very comfortable. There was a place for drying cloths and separate balcony for sitting outside. Underneath was super nice restaurant we used to eat every dinner. Near massage salons and night market.Location is great. Kata beach is around 10 mins walking. Would be happy to come back. The only one minus was often described in comments- noise from the busy streets. I have sensitive sleep but i used earplugs to help me. I knew about this but it waa bearable and compensated by other pluses.

Bed was good, air con worked well, staff were helpful. Location was beside construction site, exterior of facility was dirty, weathered and grubby, walkway to get room access was filthy.

The staff at this property are wonderful, especially the manager who works in the Sugar and Spice Restaurant downstairs. She was very helpful in finding us an alternative hotel to stay at for one night of our stay when an electrical fire down the street caused the whole block to lose power for 24 hours. The hotel itself is dated, but it's hard to complain when the price of this hotel is competitive and the location is right on the main Kata street. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom has a wet shower, though we would recommend that the property provide squeegees for the guests to use to help the floor dry quicker. There is a wonderful local food market just across the street from the property. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores, and shops all within walking distance. The beach takes about 10 mins to walk to if you decide to not rent a scooter. The Wi-Fi speeds were decent enough to stream videos. Due to the location directly on a busy street, there is loud music and traffic noise that you will have throughout the day and into the night. It would be nice to offer guests the option to include breakfast when booking since the restaurant is located just below the hotel.

Nice rooms and friendly personal. Not far from beach

Great location, walking distance to Kata beach. In front of the Kata walking street. Lots of restaurants and streetfood nearby. The first day we got room 304, the room smells of sewage. It’s known by the staff that it stinks. Since the hotel was fully booked we stayed there 1 night, the staff was helpful and let us change rooms the next day. Other rooms don’t seem to have the same problem.

The hotel has a great location. You get extra towels for the beach and 4/5 bottles of water every day. The room is cleaned every day by a very friendly lady. If any problems arise, the staff will fix them right away ? Great food in the restaurant as well. I will definitely come back! It can be a bit noisy, but it stops around 23.00
