Cleanliness, location in the center of Karpacz The phone in the room didn't work, the light in the bathroom that was under the mirror didnt work either, , the extra bed was very uncomfortable with only a thin mattress, in the sauna we waited over an hour for towels to be delivered, which weren't there even after several emergencies. The dinner with the half board was very poor - leftover cheeses and ham and sweet pastries from breakfast, the same every day, not good. We were in Tremonti three times and I feel the quality of service has deteriorated.

Clean, comfortable and the breakfast was awesome The jacuzzi could be more warmer.

Everything was amazing, the swimming pool outside also was good, sauna was nice.

The location is great—very close to the forest and the mountains, great for nature walks. The breakfast was superb, with a large variety of dishes to choose from. You won't be disappointed with breakfasts. The room had a mountain view, which was great. However, there wasn't a writing table in our room, so it was hard to write by hand in bed all the time.

Very nice hotel in general, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, animation program from kids as well as some other activities that hotel provides or assists in booking. Great breakfast - a lot of options, practically everything I tasted was delicious. Dinner a la carte was also quite nice. Good location, close to ski resorts, yet location itself is rather calm. Main disappointment was the pool and related facilities. Pool is rather small, outside pool was not working (water was not heated), lockers beside the pool did not work properly. Bathroom heater in the room was only lukewarm - it was hard to dry our clothes, towels, and swimsuits.

We got a ground-floor room which doesn't have balcony what we paid for, and it was next to the house door, so it was noisy, crowdy and someone was always sitting in front of our windows.

A clean, brand-new hotel with friendly staff. The buffet in the morning and evening is magnificent! If you dine at the à la carte restaurant, the menu is excellent and suits all tastes. There is only one remark regarding a staff member at the reception—Anna. Her response was rude and arrogant. I believe that employees in this position should be reserved, courteous, and help guests find solutions to any issues, of course, within the scope of their stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was good, though not enough of vegan options. The restaurant in the hotel is very good for pizza & al carte but the ambiance is not great. It gets so crowded and loud with half-boarding tourists. The hotel is like a maze, to get anywhere you find yourself going up and down using multiple lifts the right and left, eventually you master your routes but not great to be constantly lost. Better signposting is needed. Poor facilities, and cleanness everywhere not adequate! Spa & pool very dirty, hair everywhere. Towels at the pool & spa were not regularly supplied. The indoor pool smelled like a toilet. My daughter after swimming was sick. The hotel is lacking a lobby or a bar, a place where you could seat and relax with a hot drink. The only place like that is the restaurant but hardly relaxing when there is rush hour! Especially bad when dinner is served for tourists with half-board option. Spa treatments: I had a massage that technically was good but a therapist I’ve seen was very nervous, cold and seemed to be in rush. Again not a relaxing atmosphere!

A modern hotel with a spa, a warm pool, and a sauna. The hotel has a great location and offers parking for an additional fee. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room had stains near the bed, a dirty carpet, and an unclean pillow. Oddly, there was no desk in the room, even though it should have been there. We informed the reception, and they promised to bring one, but nothing was done during our three-day stay. What stood out most was a plate of leftover food left by the elevator. Despite being in plain sight, it stayed there for all three days, untouched by the cleaning staff. It’s hard to believe something so noticeable wasn’t addressed. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s still there.

Rooms design and breakfast Mess in the corridors. Barely warm pool and jacuzzi outside. Dirty plates in the corridor since check in till the next day.

there are always things within hotels control and outside of it. 95% of what hotel could do was done to very high standard hotels layout is a bit complicated and it would be great to get some walk around with a staff member after check in. we struggled for some time to find the way to our room.
