Lot of room for parking. Nice, big room equiped in modern new style. Breakfest sufficient. Paid parking. Room in 4th floor is not for old couples, no elavator and stairs too steep on last floor.

Friendly helpful staff, nice bathroom, great breakfast. The bed mattress was too soft, I found myself always lying in the hole in the middle. The internet connection didn't work.

- we got a room on the 4th floor, sometimes there was water, sometimes there wasn't, they explained that there is no pressure because there are a lot of people, so in the morning when everyone wants to go to the toilet, you can't go because there is no more water! there is no refrigerator in the room, so you cannot buy any food in advance! there is no shower gel in the bathroom. not really worth it for this price, needs an update! everyone can't eat during breakfast, there is very little space, the longest queue for food and coffee!

Lack of electric kettle in the room. Mattress way too soft for my taste, i like sleep flat not bent in U shape.. Loud parties on Friday night. Awful coffee, well tbh there is no good coffee in whole Karpacz...

our room was nice, clean and modern. And breakfast was REALLY good. Staff very friendly ? although rooms are new and clean the rest of the hotel needs updating, the common areas feel worn out.

Staff - friendly and helpful. Breakfast - tasty with enough choice. Sauna - you can book it on certain time. Would be good if there was more relaxing music in there not just radio :) There was no mineral (still or sparkling) water in the bar to buy - we were thirsty after having a nice break in sauna...
