The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with free access to the ski lift and bouncy castles at the top of the hill. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Our room wasn't cleaned once in the time we were there. In fact a thorough cleanup wasn't necessary but a simple bed making service and garbage removal is I think a basic service, particularly the latter. Our child is in diapers and our garbage was really stinky.

The place is great, the room very comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly, the breakfast very complete. The location is very convenient as it is close to everything. My family liked it a lot and had a great time.

It's an amazing, very friendly place right next to Karpacz Biały Jar. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Right next to it was a common space with tables and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was very nice and helpfull and breakfast was great.

I booked this hotel for my mum and her friend. They really enjoyed every minute. Lady at the reception couldnt be nicer and more helpfull. Great location if you heading to the mountains.
