The room was clean with nice treats for guests. The host was very friendly too.

Great hosts! Super friendly and willing to go an "extra mile" for you. Great breakfasts! Super clean rooms, comfy beds. Big parking, behind the closed barrier (so safer than public) Close to most relevant tourist trails towards "Śnieżka" mountain. All good.

For the first: I liked the personalized treatment. Marcus was a great, attentive host. Nothing was a problem: late arrival, leaving the car in the car park for a longer time - very responsive and helpful. And he is one of those persons in the right place, enjoying his job, interested in the guests, chatting with them and making them feel good. Great atmosphere around the place, which made all the difference. For the second: I liked the breakfast: it was really generous and exceeded my expectations: hot plate to select from more than five options and freshly prepared. Big cold plate with local products waiting for you at your table. Fruits and sweets on top. For the third: I liked my small, economy room in the attic. Very clean, had everything I needed. Nice, not-small bathroom, comfortable bed. Mini candies/snacks were really appreciated after the long drive. Hot water cooker in the corridor just outside the doors of my room. Some stairs without a lift to get to it. Last, but not least: Great location - probably as close to the start of the hiking trails as it gets in Karpacz. Also very close to the ski lift. Don't know how close to the center of Karpacz. Difficult to find anything of importance. It really exceeded my expectations.

Great place located next to ski lift and close to major hike trails. Very nice & welcoming owners. Excellent breakfast with good choice and personal touch from the owners. Rooms were very tidy and well equipped. Our dog got a welcome pack :) Nothing!

We were supposed to arrive between 15u00-16u00. But because of unforeseen circumstances from our own side we already arrived at 13u30. Normally check in is from 15u00. But Madam Chantal said it was absolutely no problem and we could already go to our room. For the rest of our stay it was also very good. Rooms were very clean. It is very quiet during the evening/night/morning. They also informed us good about everything there was to say or do. we stayed for 2 nights and took also breakfast. You could just see that everything they made was made with love. On our last day we could also leave our car for whole day even if we already had checked out. Safir is a very nice place to stay and we hope to be back one day. There was nothing that we didn’t liked on our stay.

Chantal was very smiley and was enable to reach her by phone. Room was clean and the stay was good. I do not know, who was the guy in kitchen, maybe Marcus. But, breakfast was fantastic and that's enough for me. -
