Good location, close to gas station, restaurants and a zabak store. Nice and friendly stuff, clean our room everyday. Good breakfast. Beds are not very comfortable, swimming pool and spa close at 9pm, wish could open longer

The spa was great. There were very few people there, it was nice and relaxing. Everything was pretty clean. The breakfast had many great options. Our room was very nice and spacious. We specifically booked a larger and more expensive room to get twin beds, but those beds were pushed together and covered with one sheet. What is the point of that? Also thr hair dryer was broken. We got one nice fluffy robe for the spa and one tiny thin short robe that did not fit either of us. Also there is no staff memeber down at the spa so if something happened to you there would be nobody to help.

It is a nice place with a good breakfast, comfortable room, and beds. Wellness was amazing. It was possible to order a massage, which was perfect. Parking is free. A short distance from hiking trails. The staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel Greno and Spa is really nice - great location close to the lift and starting points of different hikes and not far from city centre:-) Hotel itself looks very lovely, rooms are spacious and modern, hotel has a great restaurant with many great drinks and meals options. In the price is also included spa - swimming pool and hot tub (jacuzzi) which is great after all day hike or skiing. Staff is also very nice and polite:-) What I would highlight is also great selection for breakfast as besides classic eggs, sausages, etc you will find big range of vegetarian spreads, microgreens, salads and pastries. Very nice and special:-)

Brakfast, spa, location very well

We absolutely loved this place. It was so quiet and convenient, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. The food was delicious from breakfast to dinner, we always looked forward to our meals. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with great hospitality. While our overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable, we feel that the pool area could use some improvements to enhance the overall ambiance. The pool and sauna felt somewhat generic and more like a public facility rather than a relaxing spa area. Adding some aromatic scents and greenery around the space would create a more inviting and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, it was unexpected to see guests wearing swimwear in the sauna, which detracted from the spa-like experience. Overall, we would have liked to see the pool area more tastefully designed to better complement the hotel's spa amenities. We highly recommend booking a massage in advance of your arrival to ensure you secure a spot.

The hotel is really nice. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable with a nice view. There are 3 saunas in the spa area (available from 4pm - 9pm), a warm swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Breakfast is also quite good, especially if you enjoy cheese. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to stay there next time.

I’ve visited this hotel already twice , once in 2018, second time in 2024. Everything is great, breakfasts are tasty, beds are super comfortable

Excellent breakfasts and delicious meals in the restaurant for good money. Nice both saunas and swimming pool. 20 minutes by walk to cable car up to Kopa. It was easier to speak in Czech than in English. Nobody want to speak in English.
