Very nice breakfast selection. It's also well worth including lunch/dinner in the price as you get a delicious 2-course meal (different on each day). Shared fridge/freezer in the hallway was also very handy to keep your drinks cool. The host was very friendly gentleman.

Great location, away from the center, but close to the trails, and neighboring with a huge hotel with many entertainment facilities for after hikes. Excellent staff: very kind, caring, cheerful, offering any information about the region. Despite the busyness, everyone found a few moments for an enriching conversation, Very comfortable and very clean room, spacious enough, with a good size bathroom. Mattresses assured a great comfort and rest after the long days in the mountains. We also appreciated, with delight, breakfasts - abundant, tasting freshness, full of homemade little dishes. A refrigerator and an electric water kettle on each floor Nothing to criticize!

Host was very welcoming and helped up accommodate and with additional requests no problem. Atmosphere were very good and facilities clean and well designed. View from breakfast lounge on the mountains. Amazing.

Was clean and quiet No hair dryer, bad location, was hard to find it and walk with my luggage, no pavement to the hotel.

The Staff was friendly and welcoming at any given time. They took good care of us. The Location is nice and from the balcony we could see the Schneekoppe Mountain. It needs a make over. The beds are ready to be replaced, the chairs on balcony are half broken. The Bathroom is clean but outdated. The shower head is super water saving what is really annoying after a long hike when you just want a good shower. Overall nothing big, but a few small things add up. Most important: I didn’t like that no guest where masks. The staff does but doesn’t remind the guests. I felt not comfortable like that at breakfast in particular.

The room was comfortable and clean. Owner of the guesthouse was super nice, breakfast was also nice. Covid rules in place.
