Just minor flawes. In our room for example the shower has no rigid cabinet so that the bathroom gets plenty of water everywhere.

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. We also really enjoyed the two swimming pools, which were perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, close to the city center, the bus stop, and several shops where you can buy anything you might need. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all.

The pool is too small, with some sand in it with no view, Breakfast is good but basic need more diversification.

Nice little terraces, you don’t have a feeling that you are in a hotel - lots of private space. There are two small swimming pools on the rooftop. Definitely worth the price :) / (it seems a bit distant from the center of Fira but it’s just a short slightly uphill walk ~ you can also take a bus for half of the distance, but it’s not really worth it)

My room was 404. It was smelly and we had to keep the window opened all the night, which was windy and cold in September. There was not any blanket. I asked them for one king bed but they put two single beds next to each other, even with not the same height. The bathroom was so small and smelly there was not any place to put your staff. The pool was so small and in a hidden place with the shabby beds. The towels were so shabby. The safe box was so old, without key, and probably unsafe.

Room missed all the basic ameneities like coffee machine or kettle and they don't even provide basic supplies such as shaving kit or brush kit and they told that don't even provide water bottle although they provided to us on request.

Excellent housekeeping; fun, quasi-Dr.Suessian stair layouts; wading pool for evening lounge; stylish aesthetic. Wading pool closes at 8 PM.

The staff are excellent and help you, a traveler, with transfer services, tips, etc. The rooms are clean as can be, cozy, and the showers were spacious (I’m a large man, and some European hotels are too small to be useful for me.). The location required a walk-around to get to the main road to catch a bus. It was not ideal, but I had to come up with some sort of critique. Honestly, this was a really nice place staffed with very helpful folks.

The place is good and breakfast is also okay. The bathroom is flooding.
-
It is a bit far from town, but honestly, very good price compared with other accommodations

The hotel was nice for one night, I wanted to see Oia so We just used it for sleeping and it was not far from Fira.
-
The staff was very attentive. I really liked the service at reception and in the restaurant. The room had a bit of sand in the bathroom and was small, but overall everything was fine.

Everything!! The Aldea was perfect for my extended stay in Greece. Katarina the owner was absolutely amazing she even carried my luggage up to my room for me. The staff was amazing greeting me every day and making sure I didn’t need a thing, do yourself a favor and stay here. Not one thing. It was excellent.

Location, clean, and absolute gem No complaints

The hotel room was Clean and quiet, not far from main attractions . We walked to Fira every day for sightseeing and bus transportation. Owner Katerina is very welcoming and treated us like a family, her warm welcome made our stay extra special, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Bus stop , bakery, restaurant and supermarket were all within walking distance. Have a lovely view from rooftop terrace. We really enjoyed our conversation with Katerina and she answered many questions about life on the island. Highly recommended!! Nothing

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was also great close to the bus stop on most of the lines that go to various locations of interest on the island. The bathroom infrastructure needs improvement, water would overflow often through the ground hole where excess of water from the shower should flow into. Also we were in a room close to the terrace where other guests would socialise in the evenings. There should be a no noise policy after 11pm otherwise it makes other guests' stay unpleasant if others are rowdy until 1-2am in the night.

The price was ok , the staff was very helpful The room do not have their own terrace even balcony is outside from the room i meen you share with others room! The breakfast is normal , if u want omelette or espresso or pie u have to pay extra ! And the furniture in the room is old !

It was a hump but I liked the proximity to downtown Fira and Public Bus Station, approximately 20 minutes walk. Also like the design of the hotel, it was serviced daily. Has 2 swimming pools. The shower water doesn’t drain properly, to avoid any contamination to my feet I would shut the water off and on during showers to allow for draining.
