Hotel Olympia

Great family run hotel! The pool and decks were perfect! Great value for such a close stay to Fira. Air conditioning was a plus. Would stay again.

Good quiet location in Karterados, about 15 min walk to Fira. Bus stop to the port, a great 24 hour bakery, a supermarket and cafes within a 5 minute walk. 24 hour front desk with very helpful and friendly staff The balconies didn't have shade, so were too hot to use during the day. Would have been nice to have more shaded areas at the property in general. What we thought was a hot tub in the photos was just a smaller unheated pool. Bathroom is very small but worked fine

The ladies at the desk were very helpful. They even gave us some suggestions on what to do on the island and it was great! They also stored our luggage while we went out for the day after we had checked out. Maybe having a coffee maker in the room or a community one in the lobby would have been good.

The location, the cleanliness, the pool, the owners so hospitable always greeted with a smile. They did organize a taxi from the port as I was arriving late with my two daughters. Everything was great.

The hotel is very clean but most of all the staffs. Exceptional customer service. Met Ms Virginia who greeted us with her jolly attitude and sweet smile that made up our day after a long tiring trip . I already referred Hotel Olympia to my family and travel buddies.

The accommodation was excellent. The location was prime as it was a 20 minute walk from the main Shopping street and towards all the main attractions. The bus station with all buses towards anywhere you might wanna go is a 5 minutes walk and lots of food options close. The views from the hotel are exceptional with the sea on one side and the whole city on the other. The staff is very friendly and always had a smile which made the place more welcoming. Recommendations and directions which were accurately provided when required. The housekeeping done everyday is a plus and absolutely amazing as we came back to a clean and tidy room every day.

Nice room with amazing terrace with a view. Plenty of space near the pool. Helpful but not really welcoming staff. Location is pretty close to central Fira and bus stop to Oia Super small shower, that only kid could feel comfortable there, no water or tea in the room. A bit unfriendly staff

The breakfast was amazing, beautifully presented with a huge variety of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was very comfortable with chairs and table on a sunny balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel was in easy walking distance of the main street and I enjoyed a traditional evening meal at the Katerina Restaurant kindly recomended to me, on request, by Christopher, the hotel manager. I would recommend this hotel. There was nothing I disliked.

Sunrise and sea view from the balcony Location was ok distance from the busiest part of the town Bakery is open 24 hours and the ATM closed to it was free of charge The smell of the bathroom was quite unbearable The mix of sewage and chemicals that was used (only my guess) It was intense for a entire stay :( The towel provided was like hard dish wash sponge and it was harsh for tanned skin… I understand that they mentioned that trying to avoid using chemicals for washing and I support that but very rough to use their towel…
