Clean and good sized property with lovely views. Breakfast included in the price. It was a good portion with many varieties. Few niggles like the door handles were broken in the bathroom and bedroom. Which could have been fixed during our stay.

The property was perfect for our family.It was centrally located an bus stop was close by. The host was great about communicating and very helpful. When our ferry was cancelled he was flexible for another nights stay. The breakfast was amazing! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The host arranged a taxi from the ferry port met us on arrival at the apartment. The apartment was very nice, in a quiet location (not far to walk to Fira), near to residential buildings and close to a supermarket and cafes / restaurants. Breakfast was delivered every morning, you can choose from a large list including vegetarian and vegan options. The host was also very responsive to messages via Booking.com and WhatsApp. Perhaps a bit closer to Fira would have been good, but in any case it was easy to walk too, very safe and the surroundings were nice and quiet.

The apartament is very luxurious, well-equipped and well-located (20-minute walk to Fira or 5-minute walk to bus stop). The host (Fanis) was best host we could wish for. Whenever we contacted him, we were treated kindly and with special care :) The breakfast were good and adjusted to our taste needs (we could chose from approximately 15 different menus) and were delivered to our apartment each morning at the time of our preference. The place itself was great, so nothing to complain about. But breakfasts were delivered with 20-30minutes delay.

We had a great stay at this apartment. There are so many places for rent on Santorini ... it is hard to choose. But we were very happy with this charming apartment. Everything is new and clean but the place does not have the fake feel of the houses in the really touristy areas like Oya. It is centrally located and quiet. As other guests have mentioned, the breakfast is delicious (a choice of 16 different breakfast menus including vegetarian and vegan) and delivered to your doorstep. We arrived in the middle of the night due to a flight delay and our host kindly waited for us.

Very comfortable, clean, great balcony, calm neighbourhood. Everything you need is there. Walking distance to Fira. And, an exceptional, very attentive and always there to help Host! :) There is no forecasted parking, but we didn’t have any issues of finding a spot on the street.

Evening was perfect. Apartment host was really helpful and kind. It’s a good place to stay if you want to visit not only Fira and Oia but also further villages, because bus stop is really close.
