Fantastic location. Beautiful property. Peaceful. Staff was exceptional with customer service. First time in Kanazawa but will come back and stay longer in the future. Breakfast understaffed but there are many options in walking distance.

The location, the room is spacious and clean, the Free Shuttle Service to and from the Train Station and the courtesy of the Staff I hope there is an International News channel on TV (in English)

Food was nice, location was very good, room was perfectly adequate. Service levels were inconsistent. Some staff were lovely, others looked uninterested and displayed poor manners. It unfortunately affected the overall experience.

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Temperature control is excellent and food and service of the highest order. There is shuttle service to ski center and railway station which is very efficient as well. It’s not as convenient as the Prince hotels which are just next to the ski areas. But it’s near enough (about 5-10 minutes drive away). Sometimes when it gets busy we have to wait for the shuttle, but hotel staff do try their best to make it efficient. Not many taxis around so unfortunately couldn’t go too far off from the rail station and Prince hotel areas.

The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being an upmarket hotel, they were still very accommodating and welcoming of our toddler and there were extra amenities for her which were appreciated. The hotel is situated in the older part of Karuizawa and is within walking distance of many beautiful attractions and restaurants/cafes. The breakfast is also excellent.

The shuttle service so good, and the driver is so nice. The room service breakfast is good, no need to line up. Feel like the public interiors, need to maintenance and update. Doesn’t feel like a four star hotel in Japan.
