Location is not bad Aircon is old and terrible not cool at all Actually we disnt sleep and had to chamge hotel in the middlenof rhe night The windows have an extra set of limmovable windows in front of them so you cannot open window to get freah air Metal bars over windows Noone on duty at night at front desk If younhave a medical emergency or need help you are on your own Avoid this place

We did not have breakfast I thought I ordered a double bed. But we had 2 single beds.

Lovely spacious room with tatami area. En suite bathroom was a nice surprise as it had said shared bathroom. Nice public bath. Quiet in February. Also has coin laundry.

Perfect location for walking to Old Karuizawa and the shopping mall. Nice communal bath and shower. Comfortable tatami room. Quiet. Clothes washer and dryer available. No microwave or coffee maker in room.

Close to the station and Outlet Shopping Malls. No safety deposit box and I cannot charge my phone as the electric connection wasn’t working….

Staff didn’t notify me on ordering breakfast in time so no options for having any breakfast at all. You have to order before 13 pm the day in advance to have a breakfast : bit difficult if you check in after 15 pm.. Rooms are outdated; airco control manually but had to dus assemble to get the fan working.

The room was large there was a toilet with the room so that made it comfortable. There was a nice bathroom and robes. it was tricky in English but not too bad.
