Laundry system is confusing. We missed our window.

The hotel is about less than 5 minute walk from Karuizawa Station. There is a Family Mart in front of the hotel. Room is bigger than I expected. Bathroom is clean and updated. Staff friendly and accommodating. I left my luggage early at the front desk to start exploring and when I came back to get my keys, front desk stated my luggage is in my room. Talk about above and beyond. No coin operated laundry in the hotel. A/C is centrally controlled. If the AC is not cold enough, I was told to open the window. The issue about opening the window was the noise on the street. My room was facing the main street so at night it was difficult to sleep.

Great location. 5-10 min walk to many restaurants and the train station and a 5 min taxi ride to the Prince ski resort. Nice common lounge area with fireplace.

Good location - about 10 minutes walk to the main station and the outlet. Parking is not a problem. Breakfast is served in the basket.

The staff were excellent, the room was spacious, and breakfast was delivered to the room in a cute basket — very lovely and impressive. They also have bicycles available for rent. I’ll definitely come back. Great value for money! No comment

The hotel is conveniently located close to Karuizawa station. Many of the major attractions of the area are easily within walking distance. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and a deep soaking tub is a bonus. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s a great spot to stay in Karuizawa. Amenities are scant.

Walking distance to train station and outlet mall. Room was big and comfortable. Cute breakfast delivered in a picnic basket. A bit far from the tourist spots. But there are buses and taxis that are available.

Prime location. 5 mins walk from Karuizawa station and easy access to Prince Shopping Mall too. You also can rent bikes and cycling down to city centre for more shops and restaurants. That was an enjoyable ride for us. Perhaps the breakfast is not the best but it is pretty decent.
