Lale Hotel

The location is simply great, right opposite several beach clubs and easy walk to Kas center. The fact that there is a taxi stand right opposite is a big plus when you want to go to other far beaches for example. Basic breakfast and friendly what looks like family run business. Overall was a lovely stay

Location to explore the town was perfect! The room was spacious, super clean and functional - exactly what we needed. Breakfast was Turkish style which suited us, egg dishes could be ordered and were freshly made. The receptionists were very obliging and went the extra mile to understand our requests in English (they used translation apps on their devices) Nothing! We would certainly stay there again :)

Beautiful hotel right next to the shoreline. Everything was great. Nice lady running the place is always ready to help. Room was good and comfortable; everything was clean and nice. Breakfast is the only thing that can be improved. Coffee was only by request and not always strong enough.

I really enjoyed the location. I was there in April and it was quiet and also close to the old town. The turkish breakfast was delicious and Saniye is such a good person. I had a big suitcase and she changed my room floor so it can be accessible with the elevator. Really enjoyed the upgrade and the view. It is a little détail but the shower might depends on solar panel. So sometimes the shower water is lukewarm.

Bright and spacious room, well appointed bathroom. Perfect location to explore Kas. Many restaurants within walking distance and the ocean across the street. Excellent view from flower covered patio where we ate breakfast every morning. Good selection of breakfast options. We traveled Turkey for two weeks and this was our favorite boutique hotel. Word of caution to those booking the top floor, there is a flight of stairs required and our bathroom had a sloping ceiling that was tight for my 183 cm tall husband

• Unbeatable location — just a few minutes’ walk from the marina and the town center. You’re truly in the heart of Kas. • We booked the sea view room with a balcony, and the view was beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. • The hotel is small and family-run, which gives it a personal, local touch. • They served daily breakfast with a variety of cheeses, fruits, and more (although we didn’t try it ourselves, it looked well-prepared and fresh). • You’re only given one key card, and since the AC (an older built-in Mitsubishi unit) only works when the card is inserted, the room is always hot when you return. It took 15–30 minutes to cool down every time we came back. On one night, the AC wouldn’t stay on at all. The host came up and explained that this particular room had different settings from others on the same floor — which is exactly the kind of issue that should be fixed, not explained. • The in-room security safe failed multiple times. On the first attempt, it closed incorrectly, even though it accepted the PIN code. When the host tried the master code, it still wouldn’t lock. I had to leave valuables (laptop, passports, wallet, and jewelry) unsecured in my carry-on bag — which I really wasn’t comfortable with. On another day, the safe locked but later wouldn’t open for 10 minutes. After finally opening it and placing one more item inside, it refused to lock again. This issue repeated itself throughout the stay. • The toilet flush button required a fight every time. It was stiff and unreliable — and once you managed to flush, you then had to jiggle it again to stop the water from running continuously. • Noise after midnight was an issue — every night, we could hear bass coming from somewhere downstairs, possibly from a nearby venue or common area. It wasn’t loud enough to be a full disturbance, but it definitely made it harder to fall asleep. ⸻ ? Final Thoughts: Lale Hotel has a lot of charm — the location is top-tier, and the sea view from our room was exactly what we were hoping for. But unfortunately, technical issues with the AC, the in-room safe, and even the toilet made the stay more stressful than it should have been. With better maintenance and a bit more attention to guest comfort, this could easily be a 4-star stay. Until then, come for the view and location — but manage your expectations on the room functionality.

There's no car park hard to find the car park

Great location, breakfast was excellent with lots of choices including fresh fruits and vegetables. The scrambled eggs were the best. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The free parking in front of the hotel was very helpful.

Location, Breakfast (some items were homemade and so delicious), clean, welcoming TV in the mirror isn’t good idea, because there are some flares due to the glass and it is so small and no opportunity to connect with HDMI

The room was pretty and spacious. Had a beautiful sea view. Perfectly located to roam around in Kas. Staff was cordial.

Duvet could be a little bit bigger, but I am sure the staff could sort it out if we had more than 2 nights in the hotel (we did not ask for another)

I am not even sure if I want this to heard by people but Lale hotel is just simply amazing. The breakfast is best in town by far. The owner will become your family. No joke!

This lovely family run hotel is modern, clean, fresh, has a lift and is located a few minutes from the water’s edge and a few minutes walk to the central part of town in Kas! Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, the staff were lovely! They also arranged our trf to and from Dalaman Airport which made our planning easy! Thank you Janine & Glen

Special thanks to the owner, who is friendly and responsive, answered all our questions, advised good places to visit. The room was with the great view and right in front of the beach. Thanks a lot, it was a great vacation because of You!
