Ugur Hotel

Great location in the city center. Our room was spacious with big balcony. WiFi didn't work well. Sometimes it didn't work at all. There is no daily cleaning of the room, only on request.

The staff was very friendly but unfortunately we were not able to communicate much since they don't speak any English. The building and rooms decorations could use some restoration.

Big room with comfortable beds. And nice breakfast.

It is my second visit to Kas. We came to the hotel around 10 p.m. after travelling 13 hours in hot weather. The room was not cleaned properly, but the managers fixed it quickly. Everything is perfect. The hotel location is central, with the main 3 markets nearby: Migros Jet, Bim, and Carrefoursa. The room is big enough and clean. Especially thanks to the owner, Ugur, and his son, they are very polite, helpful, and generous. Wish his business every success. - Gulnar, Anar & Lara

I've been to Kaş a couple of times and have stayed in expensive places, but the value for what I paid did not match. This place was very affordable considering the location. The room was clean, we felt safe, and the air conditioner worked well! The hotel room is spacious and in a quiet location. The hotel and the room were simple but they could easily make it more appealing by having a beach theme (blue and white paint job) and matching with marine/beach-themed beddings and ceramic/wooden wall decor. The breakfast was prepared fresh every day, and they offered different hot meals so that you don't get the same things every day. I can see them renovating and making it a posh place so that they can ask for more money, but we are very satisfied with what we paid and think it was a great deal. It was close to three big grocery stores, within walking distance to the harbor and restaurants, and close to the city beach and beach clubs. You can take a cab or shuttle to the peninsula. Best to keep the taxi number just in case you need it. There are organized boat tours, just do your research. Lots of things to do in Kaş and around the hotel. We usually stay for 7 to 10 days and never get bored. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and I will try to book it every time we go to Kaş.

Little cockroaches in the room. But same issue I had in other hotels as well. So maybe it is common in this area.

Great place to stay in Kas. The best part about it is the location-it is about a 2-minute walk down to the waterfront/town area. The room was really big with a fridge which is always nice and a balcony with a washing line which was handy. Good air con. Good-sized buffet breakfast. Overall nice place to stay in Kas.

The room was very big and spacious and the aircon was quiet. We also had a balcony with a nice view.

Nice, polite and helpful staff, clean room, silent air conditioner. Let as leave car next to hotel for free all day after our check out. 1-2 minutes from marina. Be carefully - when coming with car navigation is showing back side of the hotel - just check other street and you will find it. Little bit small selection at breakfast but you will definitely not stay hungry. They even offer milk and not milk powder.
