The reception staff were not friendly, and the reception was not good. I asked to check in to the hotel early, knowing that the tourist season in Phuket is very weak, and despite this, I entered the room at exactly 3 o'clock. The staff could have let me into the room early. I asked the hotel to delay the check-out time by 4 hours only and the price for the 4 hours was 14,000 baht, very very very expensive. i will never booking again,

The staff was Amazing, Katie was exceptional from check-in to check-out! The room was clean and the minbar was stocked very day. Main pool closing at 5pm, due to dinner being served on the terrace. We have spoken to Mew who advised just that this is a management decision.

My wife and I stayed at Kata Rocks for 7 nights, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The villa was stunning—private, elegant, and complete with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. One of the most unforgettable moments of our trip was the couple’s sensual massage at the Infinite Luxury Spa. From the calming scent of essential oils to the soft music and skilled hands of the therapists, every part of the experience was designed to help us fully unwind—together. We were in a serene, candle-lit suite, side by side, as the tension melted away. It wasn’t just relaxing—it was deeply intimate and emotionally connecting. We left feeling physically renewed and closer as a couple. Another incredible highlight was the “Dinner on the Rocks”. As the sun set, we enjoyed a private table right on the edge of the ocean, the waves gently crashing below and the sky turning into a canvas of gold and violet. The food was exquisite, and the entire experience felt like a scene from a romantic film—personal, peaceful, and unforgettable. Kata Rocks gave us more than a vacation; it gave us memories we’ll carry with us for life. We’ll definitely be back. As a small suggestion to further enhance the guest experience, I’d like to recommend adding a 24-hour room service or bar that offers light snacks and drinks. Sometimes after a long day or during late hours, guests may wish to enjoy something light without having to leave their villa. This addition would be a wonderful complement to the already outstanding hospitality at Kata Rocks.

The view was insanely good, the room/apartment HUGE. Amazing service! I liked every single moment of my stay even though we had pretty bad weather. The prices are not reasonable. Food was okay, but you get much better meals and snacks in town. It’s only a few minutes by golf kart. They even bring you there and pick you up, so that you don’t need to climb that mountain to reach the hotel.

Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Everything was available. More spacious than what the photos display. We had a lot of fun with Fon! She is our rockstar! Small issue with tiny ants in multiple places. The staff dealt with it as soon as I mentioned it. No complaints at all.

We love Kata Rocks. This was our second time staying there. The location is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Last but not least the villas are clean, with modern styling and very spacious, and the pool with that incredible view! Nothing
