Absolutely amazing place to stay. The walk up and down the hill to the place. There are shuttles if your patient to wait during the day but late evening and early morning ex0ect to walk up and down a steep slope.

Location and breakfast was good The first room had a strong urine smell near the bed. The staff sent a cleaner who simply wiped the floor with a slightly damp cloth (no proper cleaning products) and sprayed some air freshener. Unsurprisingly, this did not solve the problem. On top of that, there were ants in the bathroom, in the room, and even on the table. The staff said they would clean the room properly, but all that happened was someone swept the floor and wiped it again with a damp cloth. Of course, the ants were still there. At first, the staff refused to give us another room. Only after a long argument did they agree to move us. The second room also had ants. The third one — same issue. Only the fourth room was finally free of both ants and the urine smell. The only staff member who was actually helpful was a guy from India — he immediately understood the situation and managed to resolve it. If you ignore these issues, the rooms themselves are okay. However, the soundproofing is basically nonexistent — you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. There are also very loud cicadas, although they don’t bother much at night. You're not expecting this from a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property. Also, the bungalow area constantly smells like sewage. It’s hard to imagine staying there at all.

I like the breakfast and localisation close to the beach Communication with the staff was difficult (language barrier, misunderstandings). The room we got was different from the one booked. It was down a hill very hard for my mother to go up, staff did not help to get her up either.

The location was excellent

The hotel was fully renovated, clean, with modern furniture., and quite calm despite the crowds in the neighborhood. The swimming pools are nice. The breakfast is good. Hotel location is convenient not far for both Kata and Karon beaches. The shuttle to the beach. The hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner could have better food quality, compared to the ones around.

Lovely property very nice place to stay Nothing
-
Close to beach, many pools to choose from , nice room On a Steep hill, still was manageable
-
I liked the location and breakfast The noise sonetimes from other guests

The room was really nice and clean, the infra structure was very good and the breakfast had very different options and a lot of fruits. The staff were really nice and polite. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but it is very close to the market center and the beach.
-
The only good thing about this place is the location, not to mention the reception staff respect, other than that, the place is dirty, and very very smelly, unclean and the air smells bad
-
Location is up a steep hill, although close to the beach, it’s a trek to get back up after an evening out and the road / path is not lit well

There are three different parts of the hotel. The place where we stayed was like a forgotten town, and we had to take a long staircase to reach the breakfast area. It was tiring for us every morning.
-
The houses are old and have bad smell.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend choosing this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay

The breakfast was pretty good too. We liked the Asian buffet and the assortment of fresh fruits. We booked this hotel but due to overbooking ended up in a different hotel (Peach Blossom) which seems to be part of the same group. What we didn't like was the reception. We found it very confusing and dishonest as they just gave us a room in a different hotel and told us it is the same hotel and only later we found out it's not. They initially wanted to put us in an apartment somewhere outside which we refused. Also house housekeeping was done very randomly. Our room was cleaned 1 time during our 5-day of stay.

Despite booking for three people, my son included His bed had no linen when I asked for linen on arrival. I was told I needed to pay an extra 800 bart, which works out about 40 extra. I was not happy about this as he was included in the booking, and I booked a room that could accommodate. Does not seem much, but when you check into a hotel, you expect linen on the beds. Linen on our bed was not clean, but they replaced immediately. Air-conditioning not great it turns off as soon as you leave the room and the hotel only gives one key so if you do separate activities one has to go to reception to be let in or find a cleaner to let you in.

Just the fact that you need to get a lot of stairs to go to the main building
-
the bungalows were a bit down between the trees there is not enough light and a lots of frog by night so we had to be very careful walking by night
