Location is great. Staff are friendly Wifi connection was terrible, even after telling staff nothing was done. AC doesn’t get very cool. Property needs a good freshen up is very rundown.

The location was good, close to restaurants, shops and kata food market. The beach was about a 10 min walk and it was stunning. There are 2 pools on the property and the main pool was great but as mentioned in other reviews it definitely needs refurbishment as many tiles missing, but it felt clean. Beds comfortable and the aircon was amazing. Overall for a 3 star property I would recommend it. Housekeeping could be improved, we seemed to run out of toilet paper a lot and coffee cups weren’t washed/replaced when used.

Good pool, pleasant room with complimentary coffee and tea, plus shower gel, shampoo and soap. TV worked fine and beds were comfortable. I booked seven months prior to our stayand made sure to book a Superior Room which should have been spacious. We arrived late at night and were shown to a Standard room (which is how it was described to us as we were taken to the room). We found a small room which, although it was fine, was half the size of the room I had booked. I went to Reception to explain the error and was told that they had undergone a re-structuring and had changed the room descriptions. I showed the Receptionist my booking, on my phone, but he continued to explain that room descriptions had been changed. This was blatantly wrong. We were only due to stay three nights, so I didn't push it. At the end of our stay, I was asked if everything had been OK and I explained why it hadn't been OK. The Receptionist was shocked, but offered no apology. The hotel itself is great. We booked it, as we had stayed 2 years previously and knew it to be good.

Pool was ok. Where to start? Blasting music and bass from outside preventing you to sleep? Check. Rude staff on reception providing no option to bring 30kg suitcase on 3rd floor by STAIRCASE, but offering me to haul it myself?! Check. No elevators! Overall room quality and feeling of 30-years-no-renewal 2star business hotel? Rust, bended wood and falling paint included? Check. Price of a good 4 star hotel? Check. It's crowded with people from a certain country waging war with Ukraine, that has no other place to go, inflating the prices sky-high. Avoid until price falls to the level of quality it provides.

Perfect location, close to everything: food, restaurants of any kind, beach, market. The entire staff is professional and more importantly is happy to help you if you have any requests. I enjoyed my stay there! The Wi-Fi is not good…

Being in the off season,the restaurant was not running to full capacity but there was an adequate selection on offer.

Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kids loved the pool. Very close to markets and surrounding streets had plenty of shops, salons and restaurants. Good value for money. Kids of varying ages - all had a great time. All facilities were available and in good condition. We paid extra for breakfast, it was tasty and varied daily. The grounds of the hotel were always clean and our rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Water in the pool was a lovely temperature and there were plenty of seats around it. We miss it already! I would say I'd go back BUT Thailand is so beautiful and we want to explore more of it! It was easy to organise taxis etc to get around - it is in a good location. The only thing is that we felt the swimming pool could do with a spruce - understandably on low priority atm due to Covid fallout - bubbles in spa areas were not working but didn't really affect our fun. It is not a leisurely stroll to the beach - not so much of an issue for us but may be to others.

Well appointed rooms with decent internet connection and TV variety. Comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is a bit tired and has lots of missing tiles and 'scum' around the walls at water line. I was there for 10 days on this visit (and have stayed there 7 times in total) and these aspects don't seem to have been addressed at all

No WiFi in rooms. Took over 2 hours to get room sorted as one room moved 3 times as there was a big gap between the balcony door and outside (wouldn't have been good with mossys). Hotel very tired, lots of tiles missing from the pool.
