Comfortable two bedroom apartment, huge modern TV in living room and another in the bedroom. Good wifi. Just a few minutes walking to the beach, quiet side street. Nobody bothered if their tiny pool was used outside the working hours. The villa in reality was as presented in the pictures. The villas standing almost attached to each other, the side windows are covered, generally no views. Not a problem for us, but there were no wardrobes, just some shelfs in the rooms. Few nightlife around, as the big hotels dominate the area, no markets.

Hotel staff was really caring and nice , family atmosphere, room was spacious and very clean. Lack of information from booking com about big construction site ( loud noise from 8 am to 8pm) This is not professional in my opinion .

Great location, the local restaurants are very reasonably priced. Our villa had great WiFi and the bathroom showers were really nice The pool is tiny but beach is so close. The male receptionist was abrupt and tried to make us pay for our bottles of water. We were explaining that the cleaning service did not provide the water in the morning as expected. Would love them to update the mattresses.

Room was really clean. We stayed in a 2 bed villa. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great right near Kata noi beach. 10 minute walk or short tuk tuk to the busier kata. Staff were really friendly Nothing it was all good

Lovely spacious and clean rooms, two minutes walk from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was calm and quiet.

It was very quiet but only 2 minutes from the Main Street and 6 minutes from the gorgeous beach. Housekeepers were excellent about cleaning and giving us water and toilet paper every day. It would be better to have more seating in the living room. There was only 1 couch and no chairs. Also, having air conditioning in the living room would help.

Good location for the beach and it is a very nice beach, it’s an easy five minute walk to get there. I found the property to be peaceful, being set back slightly from the main road ( which only has slow traffic ). Handy shops and restaurants nearby I can’t recall anything negative

Nice bungalow for our family (3 kids). Centrally located nearby beautiful beach of Kata Noi. Friendly staff. During checkout we received a charge of 100 baht for one broken glass. Not in proportion and not good for overall customer satasfaction as we spend enough for four nights.

Good location. Clean. We had a 2 bed villa which had a small kitchen area and lounge which was useful. Aircon in the bedrooms but a fan in the lounge area. The pool was very small and overlooked a carpark. The beach wasn’t open for swimming as we travelled in July summer so wished we had booked somewhere with better pool facilities. That said it was cheap and cheerful.
