A beautiful boutique property that is oozing with character and class. Great location with stunning views. Excellent food. Luxuriously large rooms decorated beautifully, each with with its own balcony that is private and overlooking the ocean. All the staff are exceptional. Extra large and very comfortable beds. The bar with teak interiors and jazz playing in the background really makes you feel like you’re on a beautiful holiday from another time. You don’t have to leave the property here, this hotel makes you want to spend all your time at the property. Amazing breakfast too. Nothing everything was exceptional.

Personal mango and passion fruits plate is good, and the fresh juice service is a bonus plus different kinds of hot beverages offered. However, the cooked food buffet could improve, but the dim sum is nice except the bao. No more complimentary welcome drink at the bar. The happy drinks could start earlier.

The location was breathtaking beautiful. The hotel was elegant without being pretentious. The setting was unique being built right on the cliff. The sound of the waves hitting the rocks was hypnotic.

Large room, large bed, seaview, large bathroom but a little bit outdated and needs some refurbishing The staff is lovely and take care well of customers. Breakfast is also very good. Location is away from the crowd, 200 THB per Tuk Tuk to Kata Beach one way. Older style air conditioning and noisy, many stairs to or from your room. Rock styled pool not cleaned A bit expensive for what you get but this place is charming and romantic

It’s a little paradise.. the view is so beautiful like you can stare hours and hours.. the location is perfect.. close to both beaches and to Kata center.. breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing

Breakfast was good. Room is not comfortable. Room decoration very old and all item inside the room was low grade even bathroom accessories also very old.

It’s location is fabulous and could not ask for more. The staff and service were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and the meals we have had there. Maybe the availability of some lighter menu items especially for lunch or snacks.

The view, the food and the spacious suites The extremely hard beds with no cushion at all, and the poor repair of our shower and toilet which is not acceptable for such an expensive room

I would not dream of staying anywhere other than Mom Tri's! It is such a special spot in Phuket. If you are looking to relax and pamper yourself stay here. The staff is absolutely incredible and it's really a serene magical spot. We even met the owner, which was very cool. NOTHING. WE LOVED EVERYTHING.

The view was outstanding and by far the best quality of this hotel. We stayed in a beach wing suite which was spacious, clean and beautiful with a nice balcony. We were given a complimentary drink and a 20 minute head massage each which was a nice touch. The location is convenient if you wish to explore kata and kata noi, as the hotel is located between these beaches with a direct access to kata noi and is a few minutes walk from kata beach. The breakfast wasn’t great, with a pretty poor selection - even the eggs didn’t taste good. There were also ants on some of the food counters. The worst thing for us was the service - we expected a lot since the reviews praised the hotel for its exceptional service but the reception staff were so rude and unpleasant, and we were mostly met with sour faces and a condescending tone. While the housekeeping were much nicer, they knocked on our door to clean the room every morning at 10:30, which is a ridiculous time to be woken up, breakfast not even being finished yet. We won’t be back mainly for these reasons.
