Nice hotel with good breakfast

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was top notch — delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were especially friendly and very helpful with travel guidance, places to visit, and taxi bookings. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great! Very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff. The attached restaurant was decent. It's on a quiet street, but a short walk to busier streets for tourists to shop.

Despite my ability to view four hotel rooms for comparison, all of them were not clean upon my arrival. The first room I checked had cockroaches, which subsequently contaminated the food I ordered. While I typically believe that for that price, one cannot complain, this situation was unacceptable.

Location was really convenient, 10 minutes walk from Thamel and all the shops. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds really confy! Also, the staff was very helpfull and tried to get us early check in, even though we hadn't requested in advance. Breakfast was really tasty!! Well done! No major issues. The shower was a bit difficult as the water was either burning hot or really cold (but we managed). The lift was a bit too small and 1 person with luggages could fit in (took a while for all of us to get to our rooms). There was no warning regarding locking all gates and doors at night (no doorbels or signs available), which ended with us waiting 20 minutes at the street at 12am until we found the reception's phone number and called to get someone to let us in.

Experience was good. Room was very nice, just like in the pictures. Staff were very helpful. Our visit was in Ramadan and we were fasting, so they provided us with breakfast boxes at 4 am for suhoor, which we appreciated immensely.
