I've been traveling for almost 3 months now, and I can say without a doubt that this was the worst place I've stayed in so far! The staff were rude, the room was full of cockroaches, the restaurant didn't serve half the menu, and the opening hours were wrong. My fan didn't work, and I've waited 2 days to get it replaced. When I sat at the restaurant, they served me water that I didn't order, so I thought it was complimentary, and they've charged me for it at the end..

The staff were super helpful, walking me through the entire switch and hot water regulator and phone service of the room. They had a live music playing ceremony playing at the top restaurant which is on the top of the hotel. And also, I could hear the music system on the LIFT. That caused me to sleep late.
