Great location, close to the tourist bus pick up. Was able to lock the door It was OK for what it was. If you need to stay for one night before the bus departure, fine option. For solo female travelers: I felt OK, not good. Was able to lock the door. Take a flashlight (use phone) with you as small road to the guest house has no light sometimes. It was very noisy and many people outside, I woke up at 3am to laughter.

Location was perfect for being up early for the tourist bus. Literally a 2min walk. The price was also super cheap. Although the room was small it was all that I needed for a 1 night stay. The shared toilets and showers weren't amazing, would probably be worth upgrading to a private one if you're planning on staying for any length of time, for 1 night it was fine.

Amazing location, good spot for meeting fellow backpackers, quiet enough at night time, Shared toilets smell quite badly and often no toilet paper, maybe get a room with private bathroom

Loved the vibes, out of the hustle and bustle of Tamel. Maybe a little expensive, you could get better quality for the price in Pokhara, but I don’t take this into consideration since Kathmandu is a more costly location. But as foreigns from western places i don’t think we should always be so stingy. Especially if we get a really nice a comfortable toom with clean sheets and hot water shower $8, hard to complain. Not so much pricey in the room we booked since the windows were facing yhe atreets and other apartments, this was just the location of the houseroom though, the patio was so cute, to have a drink smoke some Ganja.

The first time we stayed there it was very loud but they took our review as constructive criticism and the second time we stayed there it was much nicer and quiet! The location is great! The owner is really nice and it's easy to reach from the Airport by public transport. The facilities are not really clean!

The green garden among the city makes the place very nice The soundproof is zero, so noisy neighbours late at night and sounds of kitchen early in the morning didn’t allow to sleep well ; the bathroom is not so clean

The room was clean. The owner is nice. There is free filtered water available. And the location is great. Two things; firstly the smell of cigarettes everywhere since smoking is allowed in the courtyard around which the rooms are located. So if you open your window because of the heat, you'll inevitably have your whole room smelling like an ashtray within a few minutes. Unfortunately, if you book a room with shared bathroom facilities, you're sleeping around the courtyard. It's super loud! Although quiet time is officially from 10pm onwards the cook is still loudly rummaging around the kitchen, and some of the guests (friends of the owner, I guess, since they were allowed to use the kitchen by themselves) were extremely loud, knocking on doors, slamming doors, talking on the phone until midnight and stomping up and down the metal stairway like an elephant horde! It is possible to use those stairs quietly without difficulty. And in the morning the same thing again at 6am, making sleeping well at this Hotel almost impossible. Even earplugs couldn't fully drown out the cacophony of sounds. If you don't mind or if you have a room with a private bathroom, this place is great! However if you really need your sleep, it's not the place for you..
