Everything is superb well maintained

Room is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly .

Very good location. Very good staff. The balcony upgrade was very worth it. Also they stored our luggage when we left on a trek. Restaurant not very good.

Central location access to almost anything in KTM, walkable distance. Super friendly staff who goes an extra mile. I would recommend better bed linen and toiletries.

Large clean room with good shower and good location. It was very loud with banging late into the night.

+ staffs are very hospitable and friendly and accommodating especially the hotel manager. Also the staffs always meet us with a smile but this probably coming from most Nepalese too. + Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is upon request. Toilet is clean. + The hotel lobby has a weighing scale which comes handy if you are making a trip to the mountains. + Near to Thamel Street and yet away from noises from the street. - Breakfast buffet variety can be quite limited and somewhat boring. Limited option and repeats from day to day. - Hotel lift is a bit small. Only takes 4 persons with small bags. Anyways, it is a small boutique hotel. Common spaces and amenities a bit of challenge here. - should have a door tag for guest to indicate whether they want housekeeping or left alone. Easier than going over to reception to inform the staff. Sometimes they may forget to update housekeeping.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was professional, and the overall experience was pleasant. The rooftop offers a great view of Swayambhu, and the restaurant serves delicious food.

- Location. Staff. And good breakfast. Complementary pick up from the airport, however my wife shared the car with other males and she did not feel safe (males were not picked up, they were already in the car) - We stayed in the room below the kitchen, where workers started to work from 5 AM. We could not sleep because of the noice. - beds are super hard and not really comfy. - Also we stayed in a room with a view to the indoor with no natural lights

Visited recently one of the most happing place in Kathmandu yes it’s hotel Simal . The place was worth it. The food was really good with varieties and the service was excellent. The special touch from the staff was amazing. … Comfortable and modern rooms, with a lot of local and personal. Truly first class service. Really nice breakfast and a cool rooftop bar.?☺️

We will definitely stay there again.

Had a pleasant stay. The staffs were kind and friendly. Nabraj was very helpful. He helped us booking for mountain flight and also made travel arrangements to Pokhara. Overall our stay in simal was great.

Staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious Not the hotel’s fault but traffic and noise from outside woke me up a few times during the night.
