Staffs are very helpful. Leakage in bathroom,no lift, breakfast should be better.

Member was very rude who checked us in. When asked for water bottles said only 2 bottel complimentary rest you have to pay. Beds were not at all comfortable. Selected some other room but he provided some other room.

Thank you for the warm and welcoming hospitality. As a solo female traveler, I felt well cared for and safe throughout my stay. The host was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their thoughtfulness and care made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall the hotel was fair, pretty clean apart from a night time visitor of a cockroach, breakfast was ample and the staff super polite and helpful The noise from inside and out made it nearly impossible to get a descent sleep new arrivals off the coaches wake you between 4-5 am, noise from dogs barking motor vehicles and just about any noise, and worst I think out of the 4 nights we stayed we only had hot water 1 day,

Outstanding value for the price! The hotel is a bit hidden and hard to find in a side street, but the room was nice and clean, facilities worked well and the breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, considering what we paid. The owner offered to take us to the airport for a fair price. We will come here again when we return to KTM

We had a great stay very close to the center of Thamel. The staff was very nice and helpful I would recommend this place to everyone!
