Great value, central location, and clean and comfortable rooms!

The location is right near the market area, with plenty of restaurants. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. They arranged trips to sights of interest, and a special note must go to the driver who was excellent The only thing I can think of is that the quilt was too thick for the temperature, and was hot. I took it out of the cover which solved the problem

The staff was super amazing!! I had my best chai in Nepal, at this place. Very sweet and friendly people. Highly recommend.. The rooms could be upgraded a bit, aesthetically. The bathroom could be better, for example. Attention to some small details will make a big difference..

Right in the heart of the tourist hub of Kathmandu. Within walking distance of everything, restaurants, shops, temple. Staff here are so good, very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts very good. Nothing, it was all good

Confortable room with good mattress, fan and hot shower. Staff really kind. Delicious Breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Thamel. Perfect location. I highly recommend and will definitely come back for my next stay in KTM ! n/a

The location is great, quiet at night but really close to the main area. The owner and his brother helped us so much. We had a cancelled flight going to lukla and they helped us figure everything out. They managed to get us an helicopter for the same price as our flight so we arrived in time at lukla. Nothing

Very good hotel and nice people

Lovely hotel, staff so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfy and the breakfasts so good. It was so central to the tourist hub but the hotel itself was more among locals which we liked. Nothing, was all good.

The breakfast offers good bang for the buck. There was no hot water when I took a shower.

We had a great stay at Madhuban Guest House at the start and end of our Trip through Nepal. The Rooftop terrace offers a great getaway of the hectic street-life of Kathmandu and the owner is very friendly and helpful!

Manager and hotel staff were very kind and nice. They tried to help me out whatever I ask them.

Excellent stay, highly recommend for low budgets. Room is clean, there is room cleaning, it’s quiet, staff are incredibly helpful, breakfast is very generous. Great value. nothing major.

Perfect hotel in the middle of the town 10 minutes from Thamel and Durbar The staff is so gentle and nice For us, perfect choice Maybe I would add some sweet in breakfast, as a piece of cake ?

- spacious room - location - breakfast (each day the same but it was a lot, two toast, jam and butter, Joghurt with fruits and omelette) - staff - rooms are very old and the beds were quite hard - our room was very noisy and cold since it the door to the balcony does not fully close - shower were only warmish and you had to wait for that temperature 5-7min

All the staff at Madhuban Guest House were so friendly and helpful! They easily organised airport pickups and drop offs for us, as well as a private driver for a day of sightseeing and hiking at our own pace. The beds are comfy, location is great and you can open the windows to let fresh air in. I would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you!! The toilet was leaking a little bit, but that's all!

Very helpful and polite staff, especially Kedar. Rooftop. Amazing breakfast. Spacious room next to the rooftop. Clean room, with immediate hot water. Fair Wi-Fi on every floor. Good for study or work. There is also a dining room with books to read, study or work. Only breakfast and coffee/tea available. No dinner and lunch.
