Great location in Thamel. Friendly staff, really cosy bar and garden area to relax in. The food menu is very good and they have a selection of local draft beers Overall value for money is exceptional and highly recommended for anyone coming to Kathmandu.

I just visited Hotel Pala for the second time. The staff at this hotel ( Mr. Krishna Duesdi ) were excellent, incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I loved the convenient location close to the city and I would love to visit again. Thanks a lot :-)

The staff are absolutely amazing here, so friendly and accommodating and lovely all round! The food they serve is really tasty and the property is in a good location at the top of Thamel.

The staff were great and the room was clean, there’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel and is in a really good location. There was some work being done so it was quite noisy and music gets played at the bar until about midnight. But this could have affected us more being in a front facing room.

The room I was provided was not the one that i booked, it was degraded and room was not clean

Location is fantastic, staff is awsome No hot water in room, no hair dryer, phone charger works only when the lights are ON. Regret why i chose this stay.

Very close to the centre. Good value for money. Breakfast was okay. Speed wifi. Hot water working. Clean place. Friendly staff and arranged a taxi to the airport when requested. Huge noise from its own restaurant disturbed our sleep. Guests were talking loudly even at 10 pm. Maybe bcs it's a Sunday. However, our room was not sound proof.

Location is top Staff is slow and not necessarily the most attentive

Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, very good location and friendly helpful staff. Gorgeous view from the top of a building. It was a bit noisy in the first room because of a bar in the garden, but after my complaint I was offered to change a room to rooftop big room. That was very kind and resolved all problems.

The location was good The moment I checked out, I was confused about which way is out through the back as my pathao had come to the back gate. The guy at the hotel seemed were nonchalant to respond. Very bad experience

I liked the facilities and the surroundings. Helpful and friendly staff. The Credit card terminal wasn't working when I checked out, so I had to go to the ATM to get cash. I got the amount they told me, but it was less, so I came back home with a lot of Nepalese Rupees that cannot use.

Amazing hotel in Kathmandu. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean bathroom, good hot shower and amazing breakfast. The location is also superb in Thamel. All the staff are super nice and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Super good value for money!! We will go back whenever we come back to kathmandu.
