There was no elevator and the room was on the third floor. The neighbors talk until the morning — maybe even 24/7, they might be vampires ?. Luckily, there was warm water. The area was good, centrally located and close to many points of interest.”

Perfect location close to the market like Groceries, Restaurents , Trekking shops . Quiet place from the busy street noise. Nice rooms as per booking price . Hot Shower could have been more better mainly during cold weather .

Absolutely Disgusting – Health Risk This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room had a strong, damp, musty smell that was overwhelming — it was so bad that my nose got blocked within minutes of being inside. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling on the bed. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I couldn’t stay even one night and had to leave the same day. If you care about cleanliness or your health, do not book this place. He took the time to listen and provided a solution quickly and professionally. It's not easy to find such caring and dedicated service these days. A very good host, helped us in solving our issues. Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the trees and Swayamibuddnath. Very tasty freshly brewed coffee. It's dirty, of course, like everywhere else in Kathmandu.
