- very comfortable - staff are polite - location is okay - the toilet was faulty and was leaking a little water with every flush - lots of ants in the bathroom - breakfast could be better/more varied/have local options, staff made mistakes in my order once or twice - not everything provided in the description is available in the room - mosquitoes in the dining area

the breakfast was excellent... fresh and to order... location ... Thamel is a great location to go to almost anywhere with no trouble... I don't drive but I guess I might have been disappointed with parking options if I did.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful and kind. Also they provided tour guides with reasonable price. Highly recommended to everyone. Nothing.

The property is near to almost everything. And it’s quiet also. There are mosquitoes but maybe because it’s rainy season when in Nepal during my stay. But they offered some mosquito repellent. I hope breakfast has more choices also.

I stayed in this place upon my second visit to Nepal, the facilities were good and so does the staff, They picked me up from Airport, Location is great in Thamel, and it’s quite during the night The prices for the room was definitely the best that even when I finished my Trekking EBC I went back to stay what left of my days, Also they offer at this time free breakfast and it’s very tasty Lastly the manager of this place used to be guide so feel free to ask him for guidance or advice of any trekking you are doing and he will make suggestions and help for you.

The hotel staff welcomed me so much. He allowed me to keep my luggage even on the day 5days after I stayed, before flight back!

Excellent amenities - the staff were so helpful. They allowed me to check in early as well which very kind of them. Close to all amenities - the monkey temple, thamel, etc. Thank you for the stay! They also helped arrange airport transfers to make it easy for all travellers :) None
