Room was very clean and spacious. The swim up balcony was amazing and so much choice for breakfast we were spoilt. Easy to get to the beach on foot with lots of shops on the way. Restaurant next door to the hotel was amazing as well.

The food have a different themes everyday, our room and more... One of the women who working in the restuarant is very rude to us! She shouted us the other guests can hear that we pay for our drinks cause we only have half board. She did not know that we already tell to her co worker that we only have half board and of course we will pay for our drinks! My husband comfront and mad to her that she dont need to shout that we pay our drinks.

Sensus was great and the rooms were modern in design. Staff at reception and restaurants were friendly, very accommodating. Hotel manager was very kind, as we arrived very early from Athens she made an exception to allows us to check in early. Nothing

Generally very good. Our balcony had steps into the pool. The room was lovely. Our room was disabled accessible and the bathroom was perfect. The selection of food was really good. Staff all friendly and helpful. It's wheelchair access was almost perfect but let down by a step going to the building where our room was. The fridge in the room was too low for me to use.

Amazing hotel. The room was perfect with straight access to the pool. The staff was amazing and willing to answer any question. The food was delicious with options for everyone and different menu everyday.

The swim up pool was beautiful, and the grounds itself was lovely. The balcony on the room was so relaxing and had a great view of the swim up pool which was a risky bigger than the pictures look! if you don’t book all inclusive, you get breakfast and lunch or dinner included, we only found this out on day 3! We had a swim up pool room and there were many things that went wrong! The shower door did not close properly, so left a huge puddle outside, in attempt to avoid that, we directed the water to the back of the shower where we then found the back of the shower leaked and water went all under the bed!! The fridge makes the most amount of noise, just when you think it’s quiet, it’s start up again! although the rooms ray “double” this is just two single beds pushed together, separate duvet and everything.

Amazing experience, we loved our stay! The staff very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was very good, the cleaning lady Maria was so friendly! The breakfast was very rich with cooking individually omelet and pancakes, the coffee very good quality. We had really memorable experience and we definitely will come back!

room spacious, got cleaned every day always welcoming staff with a smile to answer all of our questions. Buffet with a big variety even for the most peculiar eaters.

The room was modern, but this is only a small area of the hotel it’s in need of a lot of maintenance, lots of things not working, spa not as expected, paid for a room with a hot tub but that wasn’t working so not able to use it for two days, got moved only after the second time of explaining that was the reason I booked the hotel to be able to use a hot tub jacuzzi

Friendly and approchable staff, good location close to the airport and the beach - easy to find. Bright side of the hotel is the amount and quality pools and jaccuzzi for some rooms (option available to book). Food and drinks can be taken whenever you want. Also good feature - they have separate towels set for pools and you can take them to the beach, too. It was a pleasant stay, however the food quality is not the best you can imagine. You can of course ask for some extra meals if you require food exclusions, but for me this is not the highest peak. It was nothing in comparison to for example a casual tavern in the city nearby. Speaking of all inclusive option it is rather objectionable that water is quite limited. Of course every restaurant can give you a glass or two during the meals, but if you want to have it in your room or in bigger size than a cup you have to purchase it on your own. At the arrival in the room there is only one bottle and after we asked for the refill the receptionist said that it was just a welcome gift (there was no information about it earlier). For me it was a siginificant disadvantage. During our one week stay there were couple of power cuts (day and night), but it's hard to tell more about frequency of this kind of event.
