Disappointing

Well designed rooms, friendly staff, overall good quality of food, nice pool. Long waits for check-in, luggage, and at pool restaurant. Beach could be nicer.

This is a bucket-list hotel that does not disappoint, from the beautiful rooms to the amazing views, the large pools, and access to the beach. If you need a vacation and want a true experience of relaxation, this is the hotel for you.

Very nice views Terrible food (welina terrace, 1 kitchen, neighbors cafe), bad service (incl. room service, restaurant staff, gym staff), bad beach (all coral reefy, not much area to swim), noisy A/C in the room. On top of that, very overpriced!

The kids club is more like a nursery

Amazing hotel and views. Breakfast and buffet delicious. Restaurant service was a bit lacking during meals. Pools are gorgeous and restaurant by pool was great

The resort itself is beautiful, and several staff members provided exceptional service during our stay. The gentleman who collected us, took us to our room and showed us around was amazing. His service was genuinely 10/10 and gave us a very positive first impression. The Japanese restaurant and bar served amazing food, and our waiter was incredible. He was friendly, attentive and provided another 10/10 experience. The restaurant near the pool also had great pizzas and excellent service. The staff who regularly checked on guests using the cabanas were very friendly and helpful. The views from the resort are incredible, and the beach equipment hire was excellent, with surfboards, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards available. The staff member at the beach equipment hire also arranged an afternoon sailing trip for us. It was an amazing experience, and we were fortunate enough to see many dolphins. Our rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were always polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, our experiences at the main restaurant and café were very different and signific The young woman working at the main restaurant was consistently rude and unhelpful each time we tried to dine there. On our first evening, the restaurant was fully booked, which we understood. She told us we could sit at the outdoor high tables and order from the same menu, but because dinner did not officially begin for another ten minutes, she made us stand to the side and wait. These tables had been available throughout the day for drinks, yet she seated several large groups between 4:50 pm and 5:00 pm while we stood there feeling embarrassed. She would not allow us to sit until exactly 5:00 pm. On another occasion, we arrived for breakfast at 10:40 am, with breakfast advertised as finishing at 11:00 am. She refused to let us dine because the kitchen was “closing soon,” despite there still being 20 minutes remaining. We were simply told to return at 11:30 am for lunch. We also had problems at the café. We ordered açaí bowls with strawberries and banana, and paid extra for the banana. When the bowls arrived, there was no banana. The same thing had happened the previous day, although it was quickly corrected then. This time, when I approached the counter, I was told they had run out of bananas. We had not been informed when ordering, and we had still been charged for it. When I asked whether I could have something else instead, another staff member approached, rolled her eyes and said, “Another one of them.” This was extremely rude and completely unacceptable. The location is also very isolated. Without a car, it is extremely difficult to get anywhere, as Uber and taxis are not available. On our second-last day, after asking how we could get into town, we were finally informed that a shuttle could be booked.

Beautiful and peaceful Food options were pricey

The staff was friendly. My son loved the soccer camp. The food was good and the grounds were beautiful, but I won’t be going back.

Great views, beautiful property, location is great for north shore activities. I found the service to be lacking vs other hotels at similar price points.

What an incredibly beautiful hotel! Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Everything was top tier and worth the money. I can’t say enough about the views, it could have possible been the best ones I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The beach at the hotel was stunning and perfect for snorkeling. We saw turtles and tons of fish. The beach hospitality coupled with the view and the prime waters was spectacular. Behind the beach is the pool with everything you need and more. There’s towels, sunscreen, great food and service. I could go on and on. The resort fees are expensive but you truly pay for what you get. We had a very late flight and the hotel offers a hospitality suite for you to shower and freshen up after the 11am checkout. I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll be back as soon as I can!

Great property great hotel. You have to pay literally for everything even to tan. It’s open to public so people who are not the guest of the hotel are everywhere. Food is very mid you can find better food in the city. Great place for vibes

Excellent customer service!

Beautiful, clean, excellent service. Loved the welcome. A few more dining options as only 2 when we were there onsite as the the poolside option was booked for private event.

The rooms, location and pools were lovely. The decor was beautiful. The restaurants market as high end fine dining, however they seat patrons straight from the beach with children next to patrons who are dressed for an occasion. And the wait for food from the kitchen can be extremely long.
