Appartamento bellissimo, immerso nel verde, location da 10 e lode. Grande e con tutto il necessario in cucina e nei bagni. Camera enorme, patio che da sulla foresta. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma a Kauai non è necessaria. Tutto stupendo. La posizione è scomoda se si vuole andare, per esempio, al Waimea canyon ma comodissima per la Na Pali Coast. in generale, il resort si trova nella parte più bella dell’isola. Nulla

Literally the most beautiful property with ocean views and so many fun things to do. The pool was so beautiful and kid friendly. The resort had so many fun things they offered, and we had so much fun!

The location was great. We picked it because we needed on extra night before going to the hotel. Luckily, the room was available at 9:30 am. Bonus! The room was mostly clean but a few dust balls here and there. There were no extra sheets, even though we told them we were 4 single people traveling together, and one person would be sleeping on the sofa. The biggest surprise was there was not air con. The non-sympathetic front desk person said it was in the literature that this was a green hotel, but I did not equate this to no air con. But the biggest drawback was hat we could not get the internet to work at all. We asked at the front desk again and an equally unresponsive person told us to "try again later." I gave my feedback on both these points when checking out, and the again the person at the front desk did not seem very engaged. It was nice that they has a food back for food we could not take with us. I hope it actually gets to someone who can use it!

We stayed in July 2026 at Princeville and we lived it. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the terrace with the garden view. Parking was right in the front of our building, the property well mentioned and the view from the cliff is breath taking. The people at the front desk very welcoming, nice and helpful. We would go back there any time.

Lastly, The amount The Cliffs charged me was not the total that was provided from Expedia. The Cliffs charged me more. I would not recommend staying here now knowing all this information now.

The staff was really accommodating and professional. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The whole complex is really nice and well maintained, great ocean views, specially during sunset!

A great place to stay. Spacious one bedroom unit with two full bathrooms and comfortable large couch bed perfect for four. Large kitchen with everything needed for a week of food prep. Ample parking. Beautiful tropical pool complex with adult pool & spa separate from larger pool. Lots of activities- basketball, tennis, pickle ball, putting green. Tropical landscaping all around with great garden views from lanai. BBQs and picnic tables - perfect for a gathering with family and friends. And large cliff area grassy plateau with anorak chairs and hammock for sitting to enjoy the ocean view, sunrise to sunset.

Great property, the condo’s kitchen was very well equipped for easy cooking. The property was large with some great common areas. Plenty of parking easily available. I think this place would be great for families, or those looking to drive around and explore the island and just make this their home base to come back to each night. No beach access, and you definitely need to drive to the nearest beaches and park. The pool area was on the smaller side and very crowded (might have just been when we went), and no AC in the rooms (which was manageable with keeping doors/windows open and using the extra fans provided). Overall, a great property, and again, I think this would fit the needs of those looking for a home base to travel around from and just come back to cook at night, or for those with kids who want to drive them to the beach in the morning and then hang at the pool in the later evening and be able to cook easily.

The set up and the appartments It is in a kind of gates community, which feels a bit closed. In the morning there is a lot of traffic going out.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Happy to talk about our plans and answer questions. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook good meals.

Beautiful overlook of the cliffs! We enjoyed the two lanais and having in unit laundry and a kitchen was very convenient for traveling as a family. The unit was very spacious. Would stay here again!
