Club Wyndham Ka ‘Eo Kai

The rest not so great Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. Waited over an hour for the room. During which time we finished the “check-in” process (ie pressure to signup for time share appointment) Room we were assigned was kind of terrible. Bottom floor means no breeze. It was very hot and muggy. Also right on main road so lots of traffic noise at all times and bright lights in bedroom. Had to leave curtains open for what little air we could get, so was super bright. Window screens literally fell off of windows multiple times. Room not very clean. Washer/dryer full of sand. Only 1 hot tub in resort and it was tiny. Weren’t able to use it much as there was always a back up of people trying to get in. At the price point for this much square footage, really not that bad. But if I had it to do over again I would stay somewhere else. If you do say here, be sure to request an upstairs room away from the road!

I came in after 10 pm check in time. The staff was very nice and accommodating to get me the unit keys for the might.

Guys! This is a really great adorable location! Better than Poipu! Park near is adorable!! Location is with amazing pool and huge golf field! Also please go to the Tunnels beach all the way down! That’s the most incredible place, trust me! Best beach ever! Parking is the most difficult part, but all locals park on the private roads ;) (use map - you’ll see them!) So apartment is huge and clean! But of course this is old building and property. I don’t care about it cause you have all you need! It was amazing to sleep under the rain like in the childhood! I’m completely recovered! Thank you!

The covered porch is nice but again loud with road noise.

The property is in a great spot, the staff is amazing and the pool was great! I would recommend anyone stay there if they were going to be in the area and OK with no AC and noise. The facilities is what makes the place though I know nothing can be done, but the Roosters would prevent me from staying there again, as well as when you stay in a studio that is attached to another occupied unit, it is extremely loud. It feels like they are in the room with you so it doesnt feel very private at all in the studio

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

There was no air conditioning, but we were fine with sliders open, locked screens, lots of fans. Staff are attentive and friendly, we used the pools and clubhouse games. Changed my mind about condos, with kids it’s a must.

Really irresponsive I’ve asked for towels I had to wait 3 hours for it for my early check out nobody was answering from the other villa this is really bad customer service

This same situation occurred when my mother and I checked into a Wyndham property in Kapa‘a in 2023, so it seems worth mentioning as part of my overall experience. The room itself was clean and adequate. I spent most of my time out exploring, so I didn’t use many amenities, but the pool was nice. The jacuzzi, however, was not hot and appears to need maintenance. I enjoyed the hammock, and it was fun hearing other guests sing karaoke in the evenings. Reserved parking closer to each guest’s room would be a meaningful improvement. Overall, it’s a quiet, clean, centrally located property with lovely grounds and friendly employees.

Great location. Beautiful resort. All the amenities needed for a family vacation (kitchen, pool, laundry, helpful staff & close to beach & shopping).

Loved the staff. Friendly. Helpful. Property was well kept. We did not like our room. Although we did have a refrigerator etc we did not have a closet. We had no place to open luggage. We had to block one of the doors for one piece of our luggage. No iron. Location of property was easy access to sightseeing.

One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel communicates through text, which made everything incredibly convenient. It was easy to ask questions, get updates, and communicate with the staff throughout our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. We traveled with a medically sensitive child with special needs, and after learning about our daughter, they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine care meant so much to our family. The young lady at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was especially amazing. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.
