I like how clean this Prince Hotel is! Kind staff too. Parking is a bit difficult. It would be helpful if parking directions were included in the booking description or a message sent from the hotel beforehand.

The location was pretty good. The furnitures were pretty old. The bathroom was old and squeaky. And it was quite dark.

Facilities are topnotch. Location is great. But the most incredible thing are the people. The hotel management was so helpful and even arranged that flowers be sent to my girlfriend who was, at that time, checked in and was recovering from a medical procedure.

The breakfast is excellent. We like the Japanese dishes very much. The people working there are very nice, professional and are always ready to help. Just a little suggestion for the coffee machine having English signs to show their functions. Many thanks.

We liked the location. It's right at one of the exits of Honkawagoe Station. Very convenient. It's also a short walk to the Edo-period streets. The staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Everything was comfortable. The only complain we have is the breakfast. It's good overall but we wished they refilled some of their food more and have more options.

Staff were super friendly and the hotel supplied complimentary products like brush, toothbrush etc Rooms were old fashioned compared to reception and had an old smell

Convenient location with carpark provided. Cannot lower the room temperature but this may be normal during winter time.
