Staff was really nice, there was free beer for an hour and the rooms were very comfortable

Location is good but not easy to find when first arriving. Staff are very friendly! Room is too small. ,and sound proof isn’t tool good.Birds woke me up early day.

Should provide a water pitcher instead of going back and forth to the 10th floor to access the provisions.

I loved staying here! HOTEL: Check in was easy, price was affordable, hotel theme was CUTE! I had free highball one day & complimentary water every morning. I'd help myself to a warm, FREE matcha and hang out on the rooftop. Amenities were top-notch convenient and complimentary. Didn't need to bring pjs, buy facewash or a toothbrush. Laundry also accessible. ROOM: The bathroom was spacious, efficient, and modern. I'd use my projector screen to play djs mixing while getting ready and would watch YouTube videos at night while organizing the day's shopping. LOCATION: It was so close to restaurants, shops, and cafes, but still settled in a quiet area. So central that I could leave all morrning, come home to nap in the afternoon, and head back out to explore the nightlife. With luggage or shopping bags, the walk from the station feels like 10 or 15 minutes, although Google Maps says it's only 8. I never minded, but it's good to note. It's also only 20 mins to Haneda!! A luxury if you hate last day commutes like me (: SAFETY: I loved that the front door locked after a certain hour. Coming home late, I felt safe knowing only those staying in the hotel could enter. I'm a female solo traveler and felt safe my whole stay here. FRONT DESK: I saw reviews saying front desk wasn't friendly. My first night, the girls there were so fun even if we struggled to communicate and I even got to check in a little early. The other nights, I never talked to front desk. They weren't warm or welcoming, but they weren't cold, either. They just minded their business and allowed me to leave my luggage after check out for a bit so I could browse, which works for me! I made sure I was out of my room from 10 am to 3 pm so housekeeping could come in. My room was never messy, so there wasn't a lot to do, but I noticed that all they did was replenish some items like toilet paper or towels, empty the trash, and make the bed. I would leave small things just a tad disorganized to see if they'd make it look neat, but they never went above or beyond. Very bare bones, but I appreciate it nonetheless as I wasn't paying an arm or a leg for this spot. My bed was sideways during my stay. It was like only one side of the mattress could adjust, but I still had good rest, so it was fine. Also, my iPhone remote only worked once during my whole stay there. Would have been cool if it worked every day to make things easier, but that's okay. These are small nicks on an otherwise stellar stay.

Daily cleaning Staff were great even with the language difference That they could make changes to the menu. Like you can substitute or add items to your meal.

The vibe was modern and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the food was good. The rooms were small by American standards but nicely laid out and we had everything we needed. Our two teenagers each (separately) stayed in a room next to our parent room.

The bedding was dirty and didn’t notice it until our last night there.

It's a modern, hip, very clean hotel about a 10 minute walk East of Kawasaki Station or the Keikyu-Kawasaki metro station. Easy train/metro connections to greater Tokyo (10-15 minutes to Shinagawa or Tokyo Station on the express Tokaido JR line). Bonuses include: rooftop terrace with coffee/tea station, microwave, etc., excellent, very tasty breakfast options, good wifi, adjustable bed & projector tv system, great bathroom with good size shower, extra amenities. The rooms are cramped (14-15 sqm), so it can be cumbersome with large or several pieces of luggage (even though some luggage can be placed under the bed). The double beds are only 140cm wide. The TV is programmed only for subscription apps (like Netflix, etc.) using your own account. There are no cable channels, which would be nice to have.

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and everything is very modern. The breakfast was very delicious. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
