Staff were flat to unfriendly. One would think a smile to be standard in the hospitality business but they haven’t figured that out yet, or perhaps they don’t particularly care for foreigners, as the staff seemed to be friendly and helpful to everyone except me, the lone foreigner in the place. I travel to Kayseri several times a year but I won’t be back to this place.

We had only one option for a meal, and although the meal was good, it was quite expensive. But it balanced out with the reasonable room rate and was an excellent stay

Accommodating and responsive staff (limited English) in old, nicely restored facilities located in a quiet spot across the avenue from the bustling city streets. Stayed just one evening with a family of four before an early flight. Great morning breakfast. We’d stay again if in Kayseri. Taxi driver had trouble finding it due to private gate with no signage for the hotel. Keep the windows closed at night and use the AC, some mosquitos.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, and place was very quiet. I slept so well there! I also liked they preserved much of the history of the place. Highly recommend. A little hard to get to, because road leading to it is in a historical section, and it's been permanently closed. Navigation doesn't work with the address of hotel. Use the address of hotel nearby, and then can drive in by going through an auto park.
