Breakfast was good. An outdated hotel in need of total refurbishment in an out of the way location. A long way to the bus station, shops and restaurants.

The room was fine The stated pokicy of not accepting couples unkess they could show a valid marriage certificate ,how discriminatory and judgemental ,had i seen it earlier i would have cancelled on principle , oh but ,then no cancellation allowed .. Also they dudnt accept any card payments for stay , and initially assigned me a room that hadnt been cleaned that had to be changed , annoying as i was really tired..

Location is good, you can easily walk to the city center, 12-15 minutes walk to the Develi bus that goes to Erciyes. The bed is nice, the shower works fine despite some comments. The Internet was good enought to watch Youtube. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast could be more diverse, really missed some cereal and proper coffee. The air in Kayseri in winter is not partiularly clean, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
