The staff was really friendly and made a very stressful week feel a bit easier to get through. The room was cleaned every day and it was done so to a very satisfying degree. The breakfast was very delicious and the rooftop location made watching the sunrise while you have your breakfast a really good experience. I have to again mention the staff, such kind and helpful people. I know where I will be staying on my next stay in Kayseri.

Stylish bathroom, reasonable size room, large bed, reasonable selection for breakfast, nice mountain view, central atrium, reception area & bar very stylish! Although we were on a non smoking floor in the evenings there was a strong smell of smoke in our room!

Good location Breakfast was very poor. Hotel and room stank of cigarettes. Room was very noisy due to bar in hotel. Bar staff repeatedly tried to charge food and drinks that we hadn’t even ordered. This happened on several occasions. Reception split our 4 day room bill into 2 separate bills meaning I had to pay on my card twice very stupid and very confusing

He's a credit to the hotel. Thank you also to the residents of Kayseri and the Turkish people for the welcome to our Welsh supporters.Everyone was so friendly !! Diolch Twrci ! Nothing

Decent, clean, typical holiday inn hotel. Personally I had a good experience staying here. However, something very strange and unpleasant happened to my friend. while I left early to catch a flight, my friend slept in. And while she was sleeping, someone came in with a key (meaning didn’t knock/ring) to take away the keycard we inserted for electricity. Of course the room temp started to go up and my friend woke up cuz it was getting really hot. I have no idea why on earth would a hotel staff do such creepy thing, not to mention the potential danger such thing poses to female travelers. This incidence ruined my trust in holiday inn.

Friendly staff. Close location to the old town. Updated room. No lotion and conditioner in the room, although thh he is is nitpicking.

The staff & food was nice in general. The room was clean. We requested well in advance for the breakfast boxes to be ready during our early morning checkout. It was told that it would be ready but we never got the boxes. We were told that the person at night who took the request never informed the next person to get it done!
