Everything was OK overall—the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was a good variety. Nice staff. The staff didn't speak good English, but they were nice. I found no restaurant or small shop on the hotel's street although it's busy.

Kayseri put a positive and welcoming expression. Hotel was located near to airport, breakfast was superb (buffet with a lot of options). Staff was also nice, they were waiting for us till 01:00 AM (even after midnight), car parking was also available free of cost. Everything was good.

Location is very good with plenty of free parking and staff was also excellent, made us feel at home❤️. Receptionist was super friendly, same with chef and housekeeping. We will be back here for sure when we visit Kayseri❤️

Receptionist is very very helpful even though he can’t communicate English 1. Staff was unable to communicate in English well, google translation was used forever 2. No Air-con in the room. However, staff provided us portable Air-con instead 3. One of the bed sheet was not changed, only found out when about to sleep and during that time no house keeper around. The receptionist came to change bed sheet by himself. 4. The bathroom lacks of space to put the amenities, no toilet roll provided and the toilet seat cover was not stable 5. Cigarettes smell was around and can come inside the room

Good value hotel easy 15 minute stroll to centre and all sites. 15 minute transfer by taxi from airport or bus station. Cost 100tl on both occasions. Staff friendly and helpful. Ample choice at breakfast. Kettle, fridge and hairdryer in room. Bed comfortable and clean. Room pleasing to eye but jaded. Plenty hot water and strong shower. Would stay again Would have liked English channels on TV, ie news and music etc

The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean. The location was somewhat away from the market area, but still within walking distance. The breakfast also was a rather large spread. The lighting in the room could have been better. Also, the rooms need to be better sound-proofed.

Buffet was good. But they need to refill as there trays that were empty. The cramped toilet and shower space they were too close together. The taps in bathroom are rusted. Ladies smoking outside my room in the lobby on the second floor.
