1. The hotel lied about its descriptions. On booking, it is indicated 4* while on site it is a 3* and in reality, not even a 2*. Since the stars meet very specific criteria and levels of service that the customer is entitled to expect. 2. The service is really poor. I had to go down every evening when I returned to my room to ask for someone to come and make my internet connection work. The toilets are broken and the cleaning is not done well. You can still see the traces of products on the taps. 3. Bad lighting and the smell of cigarettes that still linger even when the rooms are cleaned. I had to air my room at a late hour. 4. The insulation is really not very efficient. You can hear everything that is said or done in the neighboring room. 5. The breakfast is poor and not available in quantity. I went up to have breakfast at 08.45 and the scrambled eggs were already finished. I asked for some to be told that it was finished and some time later, customers arrived after me and had scrambled eggs. This attitude in particular is unworthy of a hotel establishment. Serving customers based on their origins or skin color is simply incredible and insane. I will not recommend this hotel under any circumstances and find that Booking.com is also responsible because I have been using B.com without hesitation for over 20 years and this is my worst experience with B.com. Cozy hotel with friendly staff.

The place is good, safe. Near to fastfood and shoping markets. Near the kayseri scare only 5min walking. The room was clean. Comfortable and the wifi was good. Everything was good for me
