The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, modern, and spacious. The location was very convenient to the airport. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend HAS MANGAL CORBA restaurant for good Turkish food. The room has a very strong stale cigarette smell. The smell was the only complaint we had about the room.

Excellent location just 6-7 minutes from Kayseri Gar. Quiet area of town, veey little traffic at night. Shower head would not stay in position. Air conditioning was ineffective and noisy.

Staff is always responsive and helpful, made a last minute change to my booking without charging me, ordered me a taxi in the middle of the night. Room was spotless!

Close to the airport. It’s next to a busy street & in an industrial area. The room smelled like cigarettes. No coffee in the room.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work and was very noisy so had to keep it off

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly. Highly recommended for a quick stop before a Flight (near Airport). Free car parking Nothing

The property is very clean and the staff are very cooperative and helpful. although slightly small, it has all that is needed for a sole or a couple of travellers. The area is not very promising as it is adjacent to industrial tools and material shops. Apart from that everything else is quite good.

The room was clean, staff was nice as well. The airconditioning basically didn't work causing the temperature to rise during the night to 29 degrees. Opening the balcony cooled it down, but due to it's location, eight next to the highway, this wasn't an option during the night itself. So it ended up being a very hot and uncomfortable night, this was in may, I wouldn't want to sleep here if it was any hotter outside during the summer.

They speak only Turkish, it would be nice if they spoke some English. I kept banging on the elevator door, the reception heard the loud screaming and banging and some how brought the elevator and opened the door. I will never forget this experience. This was really really serious
