Very frendly staff. A bit old school rooms and facilities, has not been renovated in a long time. Ok-Good breakfast.

Location Hard mattress, so uncomfortable beds. Awful breakfast, everything was cold. Staff decided not to return money for the second night (which I paid but didn't stay in hotel).

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent location very close to Rallway Station, close to city centre.

We arrived in the middle of the night (4.30 AM) with the Dogu Expres in Kayseri but fortunately this hotel has a 24h reception. Comfortable room. Location for train station is perfect, but it's also next to a busy highway. Wifi is very difficult to connect, although we got great help of the staff.
