Few restaurants around (easily reachable by car or by foot). Hospitable owners/staff. Comfortable beds/mattress. Overall the hotel would need some 'refurbishment' and refresh (a bit older equipment in the rooms as well as bathroom). Low WiFi signal (if not near the reception area).

+ Super fast check in in the night + Looks nice outside + AC works great + TV works, at least one channel in Russian, English, German, Turkish + Quiet, no loud music + Pool is rather small but looked more or less clean + Beds are good, rooms are fine + 10 minutes walking to the beach, a couple of shops nearby + Stuff is friendly - When we just checked in, the floor was dirty. There were stains and some smell on linen even though they were clean. A bit of smell in toilet. - Breakfast is very poor. Extremely salty, the same each day, super low selection of food, little to no vegetables and fruit. It would help to just have a couple of good dishes instead of 5 types of not edible cheese types - Bad coffee. Water in cooler tasted like tap water

It was a cheap stay, there was an OK breakfast and cool swimming pool. The location is quite good as it's close to the beach and city center. I think it's perfect for a short stay, especially for that price. I can recommend it, but you need to understand that it's very decent hotel. The room and furniture are quite old. It was a bit noisy at night as the road is near. The room wasn't fully prepared, there were no toileters. Transfer to airport was x2 more expensive comparing to the travel agencies prices.

What I like most about Mom’s Hotel is it’s a true family run place - run the kind of way I think a family owned place ought to be run. Next to no hassles, very simple processes, simple breakfast, nothing elaborate for show. Dealing with the owners/staff was extremely easy, even with the language barrier! It isn’t a five star hotel, if you’re traveling to see the area, go to the beach, live among the natives it’s your kind of hotel. If you want to have a hotel entertain and pamper you, better go to a larger hotel. Looking back at the stay, I really couldn’t think of anything. The shower was kind of small, but I am a bigger guy, some maintenance needs will need to be done sooner than later. It took me a couple days to get used to the area but that isn’t a fault of the hotel
