The Italian à la carte restaurant was one of the few pleasant places in the hotel. It was the only place where the tables even had tablecloths, although the waiters were rather stern and not especially welcoming. The animation team was friendly and did their best to make the stay more enjoyable, the entertainment team helped make the experience a little better. They are trying the best to save positive attitude at the hotel. Good animation team, I really appreciate their effort. Be careful if you do not want to ruin your long-awaited vacation. For this price, you can easily find a much better hotel in Kemer with far better service and overall quality. Unfortunately, my stay at Crystal De Luxe Comfort in Kemer was a very disappointing experience. The service was practically nonexistent. No one welcomed us upon arrival, no one helped with the luggage, and no one explained anything about the hotel — they simply handed over the room key and that was it. The first room we were offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Only after we insisted was it changed to another room. For a hotel in this price range, this is simply unacceptable. The building is old and clearly in need of major renovation. Many things look worn out and outdated. The hotel territory is very small — there is almost no real outdoor space to enjoy. Another big disappointment was the food area. It feels more like a cafeteria than a proper restaurant. There is no atmosphere of comfort or quality dining. The beach also does not meet expectations. It is public, poorly equipped, and does not provide any sense of comfort or privacy. One of the most shocking things was a bird cage placed right next to loud music speakers. Keeping singing birds under constant noise is cruel and unacceptable. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to get guests in and out as quickly as possible, rather than making them feel welcome and cared for. The situation with the birds was one of the clearest and most disturbing examples of this attitude. It reflected the overall hostile atmosphere of the hotel.

-Noice from karaoke every night until 3-4 am -No robes in the room. -One rude waiter in the main restaurant( he is the same who was 2 years ago , working in the end of terrace , on the right ) , other 20+ are very good guys . -Absolutely unacceptable rude behavior of barman guy ( with short cut side hairs ) at the pool bar

I liked nothing about this hotel. Sorry First, no customer service representative asks for our ideas. We were totally incisible to them. Second, the employees in the hotel newer smile. That means they are not happy. When the vaiters are approaching towards you, they try to ignore you for not serving you. You have to shout to call their attention. Reservation employees are adressing at you in ordering manner, not in a requesting manner. Food and drinks are so limited bot in number and şn quality. I guess bosaes of this organisation shall take certain measures. Otherwise it will ruin their prestige. Although this hotel is barely a resort for the beach is somewhere else, they dont pay any attention to change their impression. Besides, we stayed in this hotel before

I like the environment and Friendly staff. The food environment was very good, room clean and nice view. Pool place was take even you get breakfastand after almost 50 percent of place around pool were reserve by dropping towels and even guest not show up for a few hours.

Room is OK with nice view. Maid service is good. Food was with big selection but low quality, beach on public beach with poor maintenance, always waiting line for drinks or food.
