All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating right from the cleaners to the bar staff I really liked the way the staff interacted and couldn’t of been more helpful I like to mention Halil he was such a great guy very good and communicating and making sure everything was good I would definitely return back to this hotel.

Staff were very friendly, room overlooking sea was beautiful. Great food, atmosphere and good value for money Communication with hotel before stay could have been better as struggled to get through to hotel to make changes

Very clean rooms and overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy at the evening, but finish around 11, didn't even bother us. Slept like a baby. Food was amazing a lot of meat, fish, vegetables for your choice, staff going around offering you drinks: wine, water, etc... Had a live music couple of evenings when we stayed and other fun events. Spa was good. My wife was very happy about the stay in the hotel, she went on 3 massages and was super happy with the thi girl who done it. Pillows :) I sleep on a memory foam for a long time and this small pillow felt a bit uncomfortable, but I was so tired in the evening that I didn't even care. Not a big fan of alcohol, but cocktail choice could be better, but the bartender could make basically anything if you ask him, so I can't complain about it.

would probably not go there in peak season - but off peak it’s the perfect place to be: not too many people and you can book massages and swim in the pool without having to fight for a spot :)

The best in Kemer area, I been surprised how much is nice the hotel, modern, probably been renewed, the food, I want to thank all waiters and staff in the kitchen, they done a good job to make my holiday so great. I had the chance to get the best room of the hotel with a sea view. I can tell I spent most of my time in the room and geting my drinks in the balcony, chilling with music on. In general I can say if you ever go to kemer stay in this hotel, you have to stay at this hotel. Well, I get some quite a problems during the check in, as I booked a sea view room but been told that the room I thought I booked is not the same I will get but the receptionist been so kind and gave me the room I wanted. Second, I can tell some of the staff been rude, non proffesional on they way how they talk with the guests but I know how to stop them and get them back to their position. I still remember two of them, been rude not only with me but with other guests , the waiter called Yilmaz and the DJ, a long story with that DJ, who coverd the area where he is working from with a towel to do not see the stage and me and my friends dancing!! I didnt want to report as Im on a holiday and I want to enjoy my time. Of course seller of the spa , was annoying everytime jump in a group of people trying to sell and keep asking a lot, and sit without asking for permission.

Huge variety of the meals, could be compared with the best restaurants ?
