We had a room in the back building. We were right at the top of the stairs. Anytime someone walked up the stairs it sounded like they were coming inside our room. Also, didn’t love the whole exterior wall was windows. You could see into the room when you left because you couldn’t close the curtain and close the door at the same time. Would prefer a room inside the front building, but we had a great stay nonetheless.

Expensive for what it is. A bit old and there is no doors for the bathroom and it's bay windows with curtains for the outside door. Not the standard of today. Staff are really nice and breakfast is good and made with care.

The room was clean when we arrived, however, there was no refreshed room service in the mornings. The room had a bit of a musty smell and was small and functional. The location is ideal.

Room with two queen beds. Incredibly comfortable beds and great pillows. Very clean room. Breakfast waffles included and very good. Parking provided and an easy, quick walk to Kennebunkport Dock Square shops and restaurants. Met expectations perfectly. Not the place to stay if you want a sea view or luxury hotel—and we were not looking for that this time. Wanted proximity, parking, breakfast included and cleanliness. Recommend.
